Good luck, I glad I don’t have to deal with them.I’ve just sent an email to brk, if they don’t make it good either my issue will be with their warranty too.
At a minimum, the person who put the handles on the knife should have seen the problem. Not sure why KSF is to blame here.My issue is not with them sending it out, I don’t expect them to personally inspect every knife, my issue is with ksf warranty, I’ve just sent an email to brk, if they don’t make it good either my issue will be with their warranty too.

2 out of 9, including this one, the first one was obviously qc this one I’m not so sure.So this quote that you posted in the previous thread is a lie then? Or you’ve actually had 3 poor qc’d knives from brk. If so that even more hilarious.
How does the Bark River Knives Warranty work?
As you probably know, all Bark River knives and axes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for life -- and that warranty covers anything and everything. If you ever have a problem with a Bark River product, just return it directly to them and they'll repair or replace it.

I agree, still not sure where the knife got damaged. I’m not complaining about the knife being sent I’m complaining about the not wanting to take it back.At a minimum, the person who put the handles on the knife should have seen the problem. Not sure why KSF is to blame here.
How?So you lied
Hell, he probably got tired of dealing with S Sucar ’s numerous qc warranty claims and told him the handle was within spec. So now his only option is the whine on a forum about the dealer being badYeah, talk is cheap. I can cite a dozen example where Mike Stewart simply said "pound salt, it's not our problem".
So you lied
You really that dense? Reread what you postedHow?
It probably is, there’s pretty good store not too far from home. And a few knife makers on the forum that I like their work. I’ll be limited but I’ll survive.I’m willing to bet this isn’t the last time you buy from an online retailer.

I simply posted that for the OP, who must not have read it before expecting KSF to warranty BRK's problem.Yeah, talk is cheap. I can cite a dozen example where Mike Stewart simply said "pound salt, it's not our problem".
