I'm sorry for your trouble, but as for having to wait 45 days, I've got to disagree. They have offered a refund, but you refused to drop the dispute. Drop the dispute and they will issue the refund. They are a stand-up company that gets too optimistic on their delivery times. But in this case, Ellie made no promises on delivery on the starter orders.

Also, like Riz, I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but this is better put in a new thread, not the pic thread. Hang around and check things out. It might alleviate a few of your fears and show you what the company is about.

Hello Hard Knocks,

I understand completely how dates get pushed back for multiple issues. Had they simply replied to one of my multiple attempts at communicating with them, I wouldn't have started the dispute with my credit card company. Since they took so long replying, I don't have much confidence in their actions. I will be screwed if I cancel this dispute and then they either continue to refuse to communicate any further with me or just simply drag out the refund and I have zero recourse with my credit card company since I cancelled the dispute.

I apologize for placing this in the wrong thread. I didn't see another one that was more appropriate.

Nice pic, redwood! What is the back drop? I think anything dark with a red looks so good whether it is black with red or a dark gray. Gotta love that matching OD!
 
had no idea how grainy it was, kinda took it in a rush... its an overpriced wool blanket. I really try to buy local/american when possible...but man american made blankets are pricey! haha its blue and red with a grey stripe... Gotta love the OD green handles though I also have a complete set of black linen, and the spare 4.1 is currently in orange g-10
 
My phone is screwing up the blue color for me, but it looks good and I bet better in person. Still a nice shot!

Man I can almost smell the bacon and coffee. Great picture. It's going to be a long time until next fall.
 
It was 60° just outside of Houston today. Perfect weather for camping here. Nights are not even getting into the 30's that much back home.

Thanks guys! The next time I cure a slab I'll do a how to and show how easy it is to do. I've been tossing around the idea of starting a Survive! culinary thread here if there's any interest.
