Old Friends Friday

I haven't had these out in a long time. The top one is a Gerber Silver Knight I bought in 1978 when I was a spry 20 year old. I carried it every day for almost 40 years. The bottom one is it's replacement that I bought a year or two ago. It's the one going into my pocket today. I'm too afraid of losing the original to carry it outside of the house.

The day I bought the original, my best friend (who is now my brother-in-law) bought a nice Kershaw. He also still has it, along with the box and receipt because he doesn't throw out anything.

Carrying this #35 forum knife, gifted to me by Campbellclanman , today It's a really nice size, and I like the blade on this one. Very sharp, pointy punch. I always mean to carry it more
