The majority of people here act with honor in their sales and trades. Others like oleg continue to post sales without any regard to clearing up a matter like this. This has gone on for a number of days now with only one response early on from oleg. Time for oleg to go, he is making no attempt whatsoever to either clear his name with his side of the story or make the situation right with boki.

I'll ask again since you seemed to ignore my question the first time. Do you have a PayPal account? The reason I ask is it would be very simple quick and easy for you to get your refund from Oleg.

Got the message from Red and saw you post Rycen. I apologize for the language. I let my temper get the best of me...I don't like members taking advantage of others, it ruins what we have here.

Boki...This is a direct question to you and you need to answer this. DOES HE HAVE YOUR ADDRESS yes or no ??

Do you have any emails in which you have described your issue of not recieving payment between the both of you. You should always save this stuff when thier is an issue.

I think we all can agree if you have sent Oleg all the info he needs , then it is time for him to go. He has had quit a few chances recently and it's time to end it.

Such a shame.

You're good bro, just a heads up is all. I agree with your overall sentiment.
But this particular case is areal pain in the neck because it's hard to decipher what is really going on.

To avoid this Oleg, you should have taken a picture of the check and envelope before mailing and posted it here. Also, always send these things through registered mail adding signature confirmation. It creates a trail from your hands to the recipient that cannot be disputed. Too much common sense here, I know.
 
I dont know about this one. The op nevers answers direct questions regarding his attempts to get his money back and from time to time he just post up that he has not recieved his knife. To stoke the fire and almost allways Oleg responds but then the op vanishes again. Maybe he should take Oleg up on his offer and give him a friends pay pal and end this debacle.

I think certified mail would be a better option, it's cheaper and still tracked/handled similarly. Registered mail is for secret or classified--you can't send secret/classified certified. But you're right on the money, picture before hand is a great way to CYOA, and certified mail is like an extra dollar (?)--well worth the effort, to avoid the headache. OP, I hope you see your check in the mail soon, it stinks when a deal doesnt workout--I really dislike worrying about trust on this forum; fortunately, it's rarely an issue (in my experience).

Excellent points all around. Believe me when I say that we are cleaning house and have no reservations about guarding the community in as much of a capcity as we can to make this place safe and sound for folks on both ends. The last thing we want is anyone worrying about getting burned.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! makes me eyes bleed. One exclamation mark is quite enough to get your point across. That said, I hope both parties come to some resolution.
 
Been getting lame excuses for past 3 months.............theres no point reading what this guy is coming up with!!! He lies every time he writes something!!! Thats the bottom line!
 
I am doing all I can to show that the people from the post communist countries are not all thiefs and liars - Oleg, you are exactly the kind of person that put such efforts down. With all the negative threads about Oleg we see here, why would anyone do business with him? Seems to me that one is looking for problems from the start. It's pretty simple, don't buy from him.
