Pocket. Pants or pack, depending on usage. That’s one of the great things about it; small, flat and lightweight.

I just throw it in my pocket or bag. Never had an issue

That’s actually a really awesome setup!

Do the squared edges of the Diafold work well as a striker on the firesteel? (so you don’t have to worry about the rounded bevels on the back of a CPK, or need to use the edge of the knife).

hallucinogens aside, I wonder if I could cobble together a nylon equivalent for the stock kydex sheath

Gave this BFK a new edge. Freehand on a naniwa chosera 800 and then right to bark river white compound on a leather strop. Finished with a handful of passes on a leather strop loaded with gunny juice 0.5 micron.

Lately I’ve been freehand sharpening on Venev bonded diamond stones but I do love the feedback and feel of the chosera stones so I thought I’d bring one out.
