Lol! I don't think I was but I can't be sure. I remember I was sharpening it because I had slightly rolled it. I've had dreams about knives before but never about one that I no longer had. It was so detailed, too. I had been lightly partying before I went to sleep and had the dream so that may have affected/caused it

Lol! I don't think I was but I can't be sure. I remember I was sharpening it because I had slightly rolled it. I've had dreams about knives before but never about one that I no longer had. It was so detailed, too. I had been lightly partying before I went to sleep and had the dream so that may have affected/caused it
just to rub it in your face, COB was friggin AMAZING at mayhem, they sounded just like their album, no missed notes or vocals. In my opinion, their live shows sound better musically then albums.
The moshing was great too

just to rub it in your face, COB was friggin AMAZING at mayhem, they sounded just like their album, no missed notes or vocals. In my opinion, their live shows sound better musically then albums.

Lucky! They're coming here the 29th with Born of osiris and a bunch of other kick-ass bands. I won't have the cash to go but my buddy said something about covering my ticket so I guess there's hope.
I'm not much of a mosh pit person. I really just want to absorb the music and see the people I listen to everyday play the songs I love right in front of me. I moshed for half of "Walk With Me in Hell" at the LOG/In Flames concert and almost broke my nose. I didn't do it after that

BOO put on an amazing show as well, them and COB were the best 2 bands there. You should def go to that show, it will be great. Alexi was on point with EVERY solo, and the keyboards were out of this world.

I'm about 5'10 and 120 pounds so I can get thrown around pretty easily. I also don't like huge crowds so concerts are iffy for me. When someone like COB or LOG are playing, I can get over that large crowd phobia for awhile. It's worth it to see my heroes doing their thing.

LOG shows have huge guys moshing, most were my size ish when I went
COB doesn't have much to worry about, most people are too pre occupied with the technical skills to mosh (seen em like 4 times, it always happens) people just space out and watch them play

the thing is its the unobtainium i want, not the 8cr30mov stuff, all of my knives other than the leek are in that steel,
i intend to use it to the fullest i can, my edc use isnt very hard, but if i need to cut hemp rope into 1000 little pieces, so be it (exageration, if that were the case id go with saving my aff of for a rockstead... not any time soon, or ever
and i really want to get either a discontinued classic, or an le, i want to getinto the game (serious knives) i try to keep it steady, but i hate getting into deep though over a 100-500 buck knife discussion and than going to my leek or tenacious when i actually need to use a knife, i really want to get into the 100 dollar game, and a jydcbblk blem seems perfect because i also want to use my le
Well just to be fair mines 14c28n and the older ones are 13c26n depending on age. Only 8cr on the China knives. Its been a good steel for me.
I can understand if you want the unob though.
I say just buy the DLC JYD it's a big knife and close to a 0350 in my eyes. Then save up or trade up if you decide you don't like it :thumbup:

Not bad, went to a new homemade ice cream place had some homemade peach thrice cream, visited family up at the lake, took the kids on a boat ride. got to drink some micro brew from a local start up that started canning last week, and floated on a noodle with said beer for a few hours until I was crispy and then came home and been relaxing while the kids were at camp from 6 - 8:30. Just put up a sales thread and chilling out with my dog drinking sun tea to rehydrate!
