Our "Front Porch" ....

Well......the saga of my copper Investigator continues........it just hit Canada Customs today.......I assume it will clear quickly........they couldn't possibly take issue with a pen.....???......unless it deploys centrifugally.........:eek:
So it should be here tomorrow or Friday.......fingers crossed.........
Yup, that's right.....bought back on Jan 26........and almost here.......
Even when I succumb to a moment of "instant gratification".......it is subject to shipping and customs delays.........:D
 
Wishing you good luck. "People" can cross borders with impunity but a "pen" will be subject to a cavity search and possibly an inquisition under bright lights.
Makes perfect sense.

Granted.....it took a loooooong friggin' time and I was starting to wonder......
 
Hope everyone is well.... been 9 days (anybody miss me? (-:) Went and spent some away time in a beautiful Warm place while the weather back home continued to prosecute its war against humanity.
Weather in the pics.... 84* and sunny/breezy Everyday.
Some pics....





This water is a Fresh Water Lagoon located in a remote wildlife Eco-Sanctuary (yes, allowed to swim) Water is approx 30 ft deep and crystal clear. Dove an underwater cave with the turtles.

Here is what I will call "Turtle Cave" .... water 8'-10' feet deep at the opening and went in farther than I was willing to go.

Rubi.....glad you're home safe......looks like an awesome escape.......the lagoon pic is unbelievable........definitely an incredible place to visit for a while.......the water is amazing.......

I'll catch you up on what happened in the Forum while you were gone......

A Couple more Lagoons (same area of the jungle) these look like there is no water but they are under water - its just too clear to see



This one is deep and as you can see has a cave as well

 
I must say.... Nine (9) Days without my Knife, my Flashlight and my Investigator Pen were pure mini-hell.

I would not have believed it if I had not lived it. You would not believe how much you actually use these three(3) items in your daily life until you are without them.

It will be a factor in my next destination decision :)

I should have sent you some ice for your Piña Coladas. Looks beautiful, I'm trying not to have my wife see your pictures, she has been nagging me all winter to head to warmer climate. After this winter I just may !
