Quartermaster = junk.
Just like Britton's knives = junk.
Reputation is everything, these folks have none.

See the thing is when somebody has stolen your IP and you decide to do notbing in return, it pretty clearly comes across that you don't care. If Warren doesn't care too much about his design, why should be bother?

Well that makes it okay then

If I walk up, take your food, call it my own, and your response is "Eh, he can have it"... Well as far as anybody else is concerned it's mine. It isn't like he doesn't have a course of action, he just seems to be choosing to do nothing.

By the way, that knife linked is hella nice looking.

Mind you, I'm not victim blaming, I'm just saying his claims almost seem unsubstantiated when he chooses to do nothing when his name and designs are clearly being stolen. Not taking action seems like he signed a contract he now regrets, not that they just decided to steal his stuff.

Is this really how you think? Really?? Man...

Yes I believe he is serious. With every post his demented mentality gets more obvious.

Guy trashes his reputation here defending jared west

I actually was not aware of that definition or shill. I would still not be a shill when there is no direct evidence of fraud. I have no relationship to Jared, and find him to be a complete tool, but tools are used to make goods.

Finally somebody is admitting my point. There is not enough to prove Quartermaster is a fraud, there is enough to prove them too unsavory for people who find their designs to be crap anyways. If there was something solid and direct, I would gladly accept it and admit I have been wrong, but that has not happened. This looks like it can come from 2 sources right now, proving the company doesn't have licenses/permits to operate correctly, or Warren Thomas taking action for IP theft. Claiming they don't have permits or stole designs and doing nothing about it leaves it at wild claims, and little more than conspiracy.
To operate a knife factory in Texas it must be registered with the County and State of Texas in Austin aka DBA, guess what ? It's NOT .

Maybe you should do a tiny bit of research into IP cases and see how expensive and uncertain they can be, no matter how strong your case appears. Hell, BY YOUR OWN LOGIC, we can conclude that Warren Thomas is telling the truth because Quartermaster hasn't sued him for defamation, which they definitely could if he falsely claimed they took his designs and failed to pay him.

Just because a crime is not reported or a criminal is not caught does not mean a crime was not committed. Once again you have failed at basic critical thinking and simple rational thought. You make excuses to legitimize theft.

If I remember correctly since much of this is old...Mr. Thomas was financially unable to attain a lawyer to pursue action. They are pretty expensive, the shop's lawyer we have is minimum 4 hour appointment at over $100 an hour. And to call in and speak to him is like double hourly cost and minimum 1 hour charge. So I understand that aspect of it.

Yup!!
It would be a very expensive undertaking to say the least.

There's a manufacturer called Ganzo that you might also be a fan of!

Here's one of their new models:

Mr. Thomas could sue the company, Copiousity, but after all the expense, a judgment is only as good as the ability of the judgment debtor to pay.

I clearly stated I could not find the statements from Warren, and could be wrong. That makes sense, and is some serious bull. I knew lawyers were soul sucking, but that's a new level.

Looks like I have to apologize, Warren Thomas is in the right, and Quartermaster did f up. That really is a damn shame, because their knives are good, and their customer service is great.

This doesn't even count near an appology as you owe here. This is as ingenuine as you can get in an attempt to make amends.

On top of that the fact that lawyers cost money all the sudden change your mind? How foolish are you? And you still cant stop with the qm is a great business routine. Just can't help it can you?
