Ritter MK1 in CPM M4

guys on the bm forum have been getting shipping notices and cards charged today but i havnt seen anything yet
I didn't get a shipping notification, but my card was charged today.
Hope I don't get a refund tomorrow and find out it was an April's Fool joke :D

No charge on my account yet. I hope this knife lives up to the hype. Have mercy if it doesn't.:D

I got a shipping notice from Aeromedix today but my cc hasn't been charged yet. But charges sometimes take up to a few days to appear on my online banking statements, so it could very well be charged already.

I'm glad I stuck this one out. I gotta say though, it really wasn't anything to sweat since there was no pre- or down payment. Now the BM Sibert MPR is another story... I paid for that one months ago and still nothing. Even still, it's no big deal, it's just a knife.:foot::eek:

For all those who didn't get a shipping notice (just like me), try logging into your account on aeromedix.com you can your order status there. Mine shows as "Shipped" :D

What is your order date?

Mine says backordered and my date was:
Order Date Mon, Dec 28, 2009

Hi guys -

My account shows backordered - Dec 23, 2009.

best regards -

I bought the full size RSK Mk1 in S30V stone washed satin, ages ago in terms of knife buying, when they were 1st offered.

I dig it, but the blade is really off centered and had to crank the pivot down hard to keep it from scraping the liner on deployment. I can't find it on the BM site either for warranty issues?

I hope those waiting for the M4's, especially with the black coating, get nicely centered blades. I scratched my first Pardue Grip (black) from a sloppy pivot flexing & rubbing the black off one side and BM said to return it - haven't got around to that yet.

This coating is supposed to be hard though from what Doug posted earlier.

I hear you can get the blades to center but don't know what sub-forum that's found in?

They'll be here any day! :D

Folks,

I just spoke with Eric at Aeromedix. They are shipping as quickly as they can, starting with the oldest orders. Because of the time elapsed, they have to go into every order before we send it to update the information and make sure the charge is authorized - it's a slow process. Their shopping cart software doesn't cope with payment by check or MO on a backordered product, so it will not show as paid, even though it is, but be assured they have all that recorded internally.

Those who had numbered knives reserved and which they don't yet have in stock have been notified by email. Otherwise, you can expect your order to to be shipped as quickly as possible. Phone calls to check on the status of your order at this point only slow down the process. This will take a few days to get them all out.

Thanks very much for your patience. I can assure you we will never do a pre-order again if I have any say in the matter.

Hi Guys -

Update - I received a shipment notice today!

Critter - that is a shame that the preorder is too much of a pain for you and your associates. I hope people take note of your sentiments and reflect on why you may feel that way.

I suppose it would not be any different in the long run to just wait until the knives are available for shipment and then open the floodgates on the internet for orders.

Thank you for the opportunity to buy this limited edition knife. I look forward to seeing my first blade in M4.

best regards -

[Supposedly] mine were shipped via USPS yesterday. If that, indeed, is the case I should get them tomorrow. :D
I'm SUPER excited about this run :D
