My Warranty.
I have a no non-sense Guarantee, you break it under normal use. I Promise I will fix or replace it as
long as I am able to work in the shop. Plus if for any reason you are ever unhappy with it. Send it
back to me in seven days for a "FULL REFUND" Because I don't make a knife I wouldn't love to own.

Really? The guy spent your money with no intention of making you a knife? This guy should quit the knife business, that's ridiculous.

I have to agree with Don and Jack on the statements made.. This DOESN'T look good on ya Mr. Adams.
Delwin, patience is a virtue my friend, it can only take you so far though.

Yap, i know i have to be patience. But this have been dragging for a few months, i have my limits. He should not sell anything until he beg or borrow the money to return me.
Posting here is just a way to let other buyers aware. There are other ways to really ripe his ass apart.

My kind of honest maker (Insert  here)

Well, apparently, Jim Adams hasn't. The thread should stay active at least until the buyer gets his money back.
Asking someone to duplicate a knife isn't the most ethical thing in the world IMO, unless you have consent from the original designer.
Still, that doesn't give Jim Adams the right to hold the buyer's money hostage because Jim has (apparently) spread his cash reserves too thin.

Hello Everyone,

I just want to make a couple of comments, then I am out of this again.

#1. Delwin had been asking for Jim to Please answer his emails on Jim's visitors messages when I 1st purchased my knife, thats been a long time ago!! Delwin, I feel for you my friend.. Next time use Paypal..

#2. Jim changed his warranty "AFTER Paypal Refunded my money" & that was the 1st part of February, and Delwin had been begging Jim to answer his emails..I see now that he has added to his warranty "Send it back to me in seven days" Because I don't make a knife I wouldn't love to own"[/COLOR]. he added this part sometime after Paypal withdrew ALL of the money Jim owed me about February the 9th? If anyone needs a copy of the original warranty, I have several nice "screen shots that show it really well" this was done for my Paypal Fraud case.:barf:

Good Luck Delwin, I sure with that I could help you buddy.. If you paid with Paypal and it was Not with the Gift option, they may still be able to help you, it's worth a Try.. Or place a Fraud case against the recipient of a check of credit card payment sent to pay for this Transaction. You would be Amazed at what can be done to stop a Scam artist now & the Financial Institutions these days seem to really like things like this...

Good Luck Delwin

Tryout the things that I have suggested, you may be Surprised :D

Delwin, Funds are on the way. You will receive $400.00 plus 20% interest (APR) for the total $420.00.

Thank you
Jim

Remember if Delwin hadn't lied to me. There would be no GBU thread.

20% APR is 10 times what you would get at any bank for $400.00.

Hey, business practices, math....
4883_Shrugging-Stick-Person.jpg

Sending $420 instead of $400 is adding 5%, in interest or sales tax....

And re-edited! Now it's back to just 20%; the mention of APR is gone with the wind. I can't keep up!

And APR is back again, and two posts that only said "deleted" for a while have content now!

Boy, people who don't look back in a thread after they've read that part (almost everybody) could miss a lot of Jim Adams' posts....
