Bad Shepardcc scam

I predicted it would take 90 days before someone else called out this pathological clown.

Not saying this op will do it I actually highly doubt it but for once I'd like to see a op not get bribed to change the original thread title. Agian I highly doubt he will. I'd take the loss of the scales to let others know this providers track record. To the op there are other providers that do great work on here that won't give you the same song and dance this ones been doing since vanilla ice had one hit wonder. The email excuse was priceless right on point.

S ShepardCC Along with your email failing, evidently your PM / Conversation capabilities suddenly failed when it came time to answer delivery requests.

Couldn't find any email in any of my folders (even spam).

So here is the dilemma. I have only put 50% down on the scale and lbs. I have not fully paid for it so I do not expect it to be shipped to me... the problem is two fold, first I was foolish enough once to send the initial down payment but make no mistake, I have zero intention of sending any more money. Second I simply don't trust that it will be shipped in a timely manner. Other than long delays and poor communication, it appears giving false shipping info is another major problem.

I will not be providing a shipping address to receive something I have not fully paid for, and I will not pay anything further... so that is a stalemate.

I gave up hope of actually having this ordeal resolved long ago. I did not post this thread for resolution, I posted it as a warning to other potential victims.

The thread title will not change. Unfortunately this thread will be locked soon due to the inevitable fighting that will occur in it, and then it will fall further and further back in the pages of this forum until it is easily missed and someone else will make the same mistake I did. Hopefully before that happens it informs and alerts at least one person and helps them avoid these headaches.

I am not sure if it is right to ask this here, but can I leave a feedback for a direct deal with the provider, which was not associated with a particular thread in BF? I don't think I can leave a bad feedback because he delivered at the end, but would like to leave a neutral score.

I am not sure but maybe feedback can be made for a deal not completed you paid 1/2 for a service with agreement to pay the other half when completed. Said service wasn't completed and you aren't happy not sure how that works maybe a mod can chime in. He seems to skate the negative feedback from offering extras to get what you in the first place paid for idk just a suggestion. I mean look at all the excuses.

I mean read through these really read them they go from chronic headaches to bad email servers that millions use everyday and seem to work to a new job with crazy hours, bad suppliers, oops I made the wrong scale, santa hasn't delivered it yet and the Easter bunny stole my apartment key can't get in to send the package. S ShepardCC I hope you understand you are robbing these members and at the least lying to them.

Well just to chime in with my .02

S ShepardCC if you plan to actually do this as a business you need to adjust your business practices. My first point would be to never suggest use of something like F&F and perhaps expand payment options. The second would be for communications always ensure that the services have a good reputation for business use and have an IT person help you set it up to ensure you are not losing anything and that you fully understand how to use it and catch things to be able to provide timely response and service.

BrentD86 BrentD86 It is unfortunate to hear that you had this experience and thank you for sharing as a warning to others and I hope this means a change for S ShepardCC who either will change himself or a change or forceful removal will also prevent future harm to others here. The evidence provide so far stacks heavily against any claim for legitimacy he may have at this time.

Yeah the link I provided or the previous locked thread shows a number of promises to rectify bad business practices overs a year or two. So many I'm sorry post I'll try to do better post only work for so long. Read up it's sick how long this has been going on.
 
As I said in the previous feedback thread. My focus going forward is to work on my communication and time frame estimates. This is still my focus now.
I offer paypal either way. Customer choice. Also as I said previous feedback thread. I will only take g&s moving forward.
I have been late on some orders yes. Never I repeat never have I stolen from anyone.
I sent him a couple emails. No reply back. I sent him a pm on the boards after I saw this post and recognized the email. He could of pm me here and didn't. I didn't know what his sn was because we were emailing each other.
I send him a pm over 4 hours ago. Still waiting on a reply.

Here's screen shots of 3 pages of my pms. Nothing from him. So idk why I'm not seeing any of his messages that he's posting that he sent. I never got them. Believe me I'm working hard to organize and be better with my communication. I would not at all want to ignore him.

You offer PayPal either way huh? In all the posted screen shots you asked for friends and family so tell us where you offer PayPal any other way. Please tell us and don't cry this is being made a paypal issue because it's clearly being made a integrity issue.

It is a direct and a specific violation of the agreement you made with PayPal to either accept or solicit payment for merchandise or services using the Family and Friends option. Every time you either accepted or requested payment using F&F you were stealing from PayPal. That makes you a thief.

Every time you've claimed to have sent merchandise and haven't as has been documented numerous times just in this subforum you were lying. That makes you a liar.

You're a liar and a thief, nothing more.

You don't deserve to be a part of this community.
