Here are a few of mine, clad in Rick Lowe goodness -- I cannot say how impressed I've been with his work! Total stand up guy, great to deal with, and a true craftsman. Sorry my crappy pic simply doesn't do his work justice, but I'll get some more up in the coming days!

No endorsement but you can try knives ship free. I haven't personally dealt with them but general opinion is pretty high and they have a whole custom fire steel section.
 
The bark river firesteels are fantastic. A bit expensive but they have the best selection of colors and liners out there. You can find those on pretty much any site that does bark river knife sales.
