oh and of course the obligatory comment to follow, I say MOD SOME MORE that thing is down right sexy!!! and a python insert to boot... It just keeps getting better, absolutely love the skull crusher... Wait til Ethan sees this badboy....

If I could only make one suggestion..... Please, oh pretty please get a pic with a stock BK5 next to this art...

Page 4 already, and for good reason...that mod is inspiring. I want a modded 5 from you just so I can watch it sleep on my mantel!

Thanks for the compliment tin can. But like I said earlier I'm a knifemaker, not a knife modder. While I do love becker knives and have great respect for Ethan, modding his knives is not what I want to be known for. I don't do many mods just do them every once in a while for friends or for fun.

Awesome work.......that's for sure. I think you raised the bar to inifinity regarding Becker modifications. This one will be hard to top!!!!

Well thanks but I dont know about that. I think the beckonet was better. ask murph to send ya the link if ya havent seen it!
 
Sure looks good. The only detail that doesn't scream perfection to me is the guard; something about it just isn't right to my eyes, even though it's very well executed. Length, maybe? The whole blade is well done; just so clean, and such a fitting mod to the 5, somehow. Very well done.

HMMMMM! Thats very interesting Crimson. could be that were just not used to to seeing gaurds on a 5. or you could be totally right. but thanks for the comments

Also I wonder if what Crimson is seeing is the phantom D guard that the shape of the guard keeps leeding me too ..lol it almost looks like a bad ass Alamo Bowie.
I just keep coming back to this thread and looking at it.
 
I'm speachless! That is an amazing mod! I dont think i've seen a better looking mod on any knife!
