Smallest knife that will do you...

I have this little gerber called a rip stop. it was like 13$ at target. i wanna say7-8 years ago. ive bought many knives and lost many knives. every time i got a new knife, a better one,I would put the gerber in a drawer. needless to say that little ass knife stuck around and held up all these years. i learned how to sharpen knives with this one. it was kind of easy seeing as its made from stainless steel lol. any way its a dope knife for cheap$. Now a days i carry a Spyderco Manix 2XL... since that pocket is pretty "full of knife" ill throw my Leatherman juice s2 in there too at the bottom. I use the juice blade for probly 90% of my tasks plus people arnt threatend by the baby blade and it doesnt even lock. the rip stop does it has a frame lock. ironically the blades are the same length at 2 3/8" to be exact. if you spend more $ youll get a sick little folder made of better steel with a stronger lock. Aight man I'll holla at you later man. "2 knives up... knife toast" COOGIE!

I've gotten by fine with "just" a Victorinox Rambler or Classic before, but the smallest I'm really happy with is a Case Peanut or similarly sized pen knife (paired with one of the aforementioned Vics of course;)).

The smallest I own is the Spyderco Bug. Just over 1 inch long closed, barely 2 when open. Most of what I use a knife for on a day to day basis is opening dozens to hundreds of boxes of books that are heavily taped shut. The bug will do, but it's not fun. The handle is so tiny that it can be hard to get through the thickly layered tape.

The smallest one I can comfortably use is my custom O1 Wharncliff Necker. Blade's about 1.5 inches long, 4-inch OAL in the sheath.

My newest addition the Spyderco Techno or a Kopa will do! Cant forget my small Sebbies!

Fixed...Swamprat Rodent Solution

Folder...either a sak or a Barlow.

Anything smaller is just way too small for my hands.

Just started to carry my Baby Boa to see if I need anything larger. I'm in the city/suburbs so I'm not out in the woods as much as I would like.

My Boker Tree Barlow would handle just about anything I need it to do. I've been going to small fbs more and more lately as well. One of my favorites.

Doesn't mean I don't love my big honkers though!

thats a looker! i like it

My smallest folder is a Mini-Griptillian and my smallest fixed blade is an Izula II. However, I'm considering a Candiru.

It would be the case peanut for me! Awesome knife in a tiny little package.
Since it's 2-bladed it had enough width for good grip even though it's small lengthwise.

J&G Designs nice anza I too cannot get mine to vacate my pocket its always there and it works for everything I've needed it for so far. Here is a picture.......

The knife on bottom is a Carl Schlieper (Eye Brand) small Congress pattern - in comparison to a Case Peanut. The blade length on those is the biggest difference.
