Man, theres a machine shop which became available for purchase down the street from my place... Everything is included in purchase... All the machines and its a killer score, has a single apartment upstairs..
 
that could be a dream come true -- or a heartbreak nightmare, if it sells for just a shade more than you can afford.
 
I've actually been inside, its well used, theres an old man in his late 80's maybe 90's who works in there by himself... I wonder if he passed away.. very cool ol'man he knows his steel. We had a very long talk about different steels and knives..
 
That seems like a great price with all the equipment but Im not a California real estate expert.
 
That place would look cool with a big skull and crossbones sign out front!
 
Yeah, on the tip? I get that. I've made a couple like that, they work good for scraping and digging. I'm not crazy about chisel grinds on the main bevel, though.
 
got my jerky from Trade. is tasty.

i'm just back from helping a friend put her 14 yo companion dog, and one i knew for probably 8 years onto the rainbow bridge.

the dog got some jerky and cheese and many fine treats and a good walk and many many many hugs and scritches. it was a good passing, if such things can be good.

now, one less good goofy and kind soul in the world.

a glass of mead to my friend and her good dog.

We're raising our glasses to the dog and sending good thoughts to your friend for her loss. Dogs really become family.

I had this in my head, blacked out windows with a huge 710 skull in an off white or even Gray logo.... If I had the cash flow I'd be putting an offer on it right now!!
 
yeah when it comes my dogs time I'm gonna lose my fricken mind he's my best friend if that tells ya anything about him and my miserable exsistence. just don't tell my wife how much I love the dog lol:eek:
 
Bladite, I'm sorry for you and your friend's loss. I think its pretty fine of you to have been there to help ease her pet's transition, both for the pet and your friend.
