Long spey master on this Master Guide Remington. The spey is over 4" long. The pen secondary would be a primary blade on most knives.

Been too long since I have updated this thread. I do have a wonderful newish spey to report!!!!! A wonderful spey made by glennbad . He had a blade and spring from a blade delete and he turned it into this beauty for me. I love Remington knives so this is a win win. This thing is immaculately put together.

Love that pattern. I have one in rosewood or ironwood. I can't remember. The covers on yours are great. Thanks for sharing.

Been a while but I have a great new addition to the spey collection. A Western in wood. Coccobolo maybe? It is 3 1/2 inches closed ,so goldilocks in my book. Great snap and action. Tang stamp dates it to 1911-1950s. Happy to have it. I think I prefer the older stuff to the modern.
