Speys Welcome!!!!

Happy to announce a new Spey addition. A Remington RA1 Spey with what I think is ebony or cocobolo. I have three of these boys knife sized old speys. I really enjoy the size and snappiness of all three.

Have to give the assist to SteveC SteveC . He found this knife for me. Thanks, buddy.

And my favorite to date. Edge brand made in Solingen double spey beauty. Stamped "Western Castrator" on the main blade. Don't know the age but I am thrilled to have it.

Please feel free to post pictures of your wonderful speys. I know there are many that I have never seen.

Very cool! These two, the Taylor and the Western Castrator, they were made for the Australian market, right?

The only spey main I used to have (it has since moved on) is this GEC 73.

Another Remington spey!!! This one with a long pull. Been used a bit but that is how I like them. Covers are cracked but will remedy that. Gonna use this vintage linen micarta that I ordered from Fixall Fixall . Thanks again, Brian. I think it is a good choice to kind of keep the original theme. This knife will be off to Glenn after Christmas. Merry Christmas fellow spey heads.
