Does everybodies order say "Your order is in progress." when you click on the status of your order?
 
Just a note on trying to get some from another drop ship dealer:
JP Bazar has cancelled your order. Your credit card was not charged.

* Reason: Other (describe below)

* Comments from JP Bazar: "The item you ordered was damaged in stock and not in condition to ship. We could not restock this at this time. Your order was cancelled and credited in full. Sorry for this inconvenience."

Oh well, the way I see it, there are a number of companies with the same data base. As orders are taken and submitted, the DB will tell them if it's in or out of stock and it goes from there. THis is the second try from 2 different companies. Those that got them in time looks like are in, congrats :)

3 UTCOMs for $70 was too good to be true in my case :)
 
For those that recieved their knives already, can you post when you placed your order? I was one of the first to order and I have not recieved jack squat. I don't even have a tracking number or an e-mail.
 
I just got the Centofante that I ordered. It looks and feels real. Unfortunately everything else was either backordered or cancelled.
 
I ordered two knives on 12-31-06 and I don't have so much as a tracking number. The owner of American Home Outlet Matt Hess has responded to the two emails that I have sent to him. In the most recent 01-08-07 he stated that my order still shows as being processed. And he offered to refund my money, but I told him that I would wait until this Friday. We shall see...
 
What I constantly find myself wondering about is why Aho sits in this thread everyday but no longer comments as he did during the first purchases. He seemed to provide excellent customer service while encouraging everyone that he is legit when this thread initially began. Aho, I think others, such as I, would not be as leery if you didn't dissappear off the radar after drumming up business. Just my .02 cents.:confused:
 
Honestly, I wasn't trying to drum up business and I've only been looking to make sure that every knife received is 100% authentic as I (and everyone else) expects them to be. I've also been spending hours on the phone with suppliers each day pestering them for every possible order status update I can get my grubby hands on which I send out as soon as possible. We've also had discussions as to why some orders are so delayed and other orders are going straight out.. which I can't get a clear answer on yet.

Good on all you guys that got such a great deal. I have to admit that I was very skeptical. I owe aho an apology for doubting him. Sorry, you really came through.

have more sched to arrive tomorrow, it's always a surprise because whats shipped always doesn't match the exact order, since i placed 4 different orders during the day Sat the 30th, and one thing showed back ordered and was shipped with a different order. paperwork with the shipped knives has been accurate for whats been shipped. so far a good experience, especially the prices.:thumbup:
 
Received one of my orders today, Spyderco ParaMilitary with a black plain edge. (C81GPBK) Best $25 I have ever spent!! I will post some pics when I get a chance
 
I just thought I'd share this little note we received today in the hopes that many of you do not feel the same way about us..

I quote, "bunch of assholes dont post what you cant sell".

Our response:

Our suppliers give us product quantity information on a per product basis. If the quantity is inaccurate or the item sells out we remove the product from our website in a timely manner. We apologize if you placed an order and it was canceled due to being out of stock. We do not post anything on our website in an attempt to just gain traffic hits or defraud customers in any manner.

edit: please note that we are not attempting to 'out' anyone, we sincerely hope that this is not the common impression or feeling of us.

I owe you an apology it seems. I was very outspoken about your site and you proved me wrong. Good luck with everything and I shall book mark your site for future orders.
