Micky.. don't sweat it.. we certinately aren't fishing for apologies.. just making sure everyone is happy with what they've received so far and following up with those orders that are still delayed. I'm thinking the supplier has 'order-shock'.. they weren't ready for volume and are struggling to get caught up while staying up-to-date with current volume.
