Yes,from the posts I read in G,B&U(like I said,I love to read a good fight and G,B&U and the Hall of Shame are GREAT reading and very informative) ARMYOFDRONES came back as IMGOINGPREPARED,got banned again and returned as PONDERING PANTHER(he was posting under this name less than 2 weeks ago) and is banned, yet again. Some people just don't learn.I've also read about a fella calling himself White Mamba(among other names)who it seems,is just as big a thief and just as hard headed. I thank the MODS here for keeping a watchful eye out for this type of scum.

Yea. AOD first drew attention to himself by calling me out on GBU (and proceeded to get his ass kicked by other members here.) That's the only reason I ask.

I remember seeing a member on here trading the exact same items as AOD/IGP but didn't bother to contact him.

Here is an update:

Mr. Kalandztis sent me the pm this afternoon with the message:

I would like for you to return the original parts that belong to this sebenza and start the healing process.

Dear Mr. Kalandztis, I am really glad you want to start the healing process, as do I as well. However, I am unable to send you those (two parts) which you ask for. Not because I do not have them, but because they were not included in the original listing. They weren't displayed in the photos nor the description. By asking me for parts that weren't included in the original listing, you are asking for more that what I was selling. The knife I was selling was the knife seen in the photos. When I shipped it out to you I didn't think twice about the two slabs being different color tones as I purchased a samll reverse silver from an online retailer and it came that way fresh from the factory. I actually like it as it is a bit strideresque. I was happy to send you the refund though since you are not satisfied with the knife you received. My only regret is I wish I had done it much sooner to avoid all of this. I am sorry I didn't refund you the money earlier as I should have in keeping with the BF's policy "if both parties aren't satisfied" clause. At this point I don't care that you set out to trash my reputation here on BF and label an otherwise perfect seller, a scammer. I just want to see you walk away with no hard feelings as I am.

Note: Only reason for making this otherwise private message, public is for full transparency at this point, not to abuse forum rules.

How may hours have you wasted here? All of that could have been handled with a quick click of the refund button. With all that time, you could have mowed lawns or shoveled snow and made all the money back.

What a waste of effort.

SPY- Why you intentionally put SPYhanman instead of SPYfanman on thread title? What's your intention?

You sound like an ebay seller....do you have anything at all to contribute to this community? or are you just hoping that you will still be able to sell knives here?

a few points in your self-serving above post...you weren't happy to refund the money and had no intention to do so until you realized that you faced a potential banning, loss of your membership fee, and the loss of a venue to sell knives.

dinokay didn't
set out to trash my reputation here on BF and label an otherwise perfect seller, a scammer.
You trashed your own reputation by your continued smug posts trying to justify your actions....YOU sold a knife cobbled together from parts as NEW, and you continue to sound like an arrogant Ebay seller with every post you type....

to be honest? If I dropped $600 to buy a knife that was misrepresented as new when in fact it was slapped together out of parts of other knives, voiding the warranty and lowering the tolerances that I paid a premium for I would be pretty rude to you too.....

I think that the poster above who said to log out and forget your password has given you the best advice yet...you're only as good a seller as your last transaction, and this one, Posey, was most likely your last.....

Edited to add:
SPY- Why you intentionally put SPYhanman instead of SPYfanman on thread title? What's your intention?

This thread and dinokay's are the first two results when searching for SPYfanman and Ryan Posey through the bladeforums search engine. When using google, dinokay's post is the first result....he may have intentionally misspelled his user name to foil google searches...i agree that it is intentional as several people have mentioned it and he has failed to correct the spelling. hopefully a mod will edit the title so in the future anyone who considers buying from him can find this thread and the other and spend their money elsewhere....

You are ridiculous. The way your brain works and the moronic logic that you come up with are just mind blowing to me. For some reason reading your posts just really rub me the
wrong way. I'm so glad you were exposed for the kind of member you are. Bladeforums is a community of knife lovers who get along. You sir are on the outside looking in.

I have a hard time with the idea of Dino asking for the other parts to the knife. Why would he do that, if he was going to get a full refund from PP ?

If in fact he did ask for them, after knowing he was going to get a refund, then this thread has completely went south, and should just be locked down. As well as any other threads by either party pertaining to this issue

I am merely speculating BUT I think Dino is understandably hesitant at this point to return the knife and is contemplating just keeping the knife and asking for the "original" parts which is obviously a deviation but lets not lose sight of how many steps left of center this "original deal" has drifted already.
If my assumption is incorrect, I apologize.

Ryan, your so predictable I could of written what you wrote with 97% accuracy. You Just don't get it, this is not about the knife or the money, it's about Exposing You and to that end (with a lot of help from you) I have succeeded.

This was to remind anybody who thought that maybe he did make the call to paypal rethink that postion.

I agree. :o

SPY- Why you intentionally put SPYhanman instead of SPYfanman on thread title? What's your intention?

Thanks, it has been corrected. In was only intentionally put there to match the original title of the thread started by the buyer.

You sound like an ebay seller....do you have anything at all to contribute to this community? or are you just hoping that you will still be able to sell knives here?

Interesting, as it seems you are saying that because I sell on Ebay, that somehow makes me unqualified to contribute anything to this community. Did I get that right? I think contribution comes in many forms. One, it can be by selling knives and delivering goods to other members who share your same love for the hobby. Two, it can be from buying and trading knives, sending money and receiving something rare or maybe just a stock item one can pick up on Amazon. Three, contributing to a discussion involving certain knives and their characteristics, qualities, attributes, etc.
a few points in your self-serving above post...you weren't happy to refund the money and had no intention to do so until you realized that you faced a potential banning, loss of your membership fee, and the loss of a venue to sell knives.

Interesting that you have mind-reading abilites and can assume that your speculations of people's motives are indeed fact. First off, I WAS happy to refund the buyer his money as I don't want to see him stuck with a knife he sees no value in. Secondly, the membership fee has already paid itself in full to me so I could careless, thirdly, there was no thread of banning as I never received a notice from any Mod and it was all speculation on member's parts, once again.

dinokay didn't You trashed your own reputation by your continued smug posts trying to justify your actions....YOU sold a knife cobbled together from parts as NEW, and you continue to sound like an arrogant Ebay seller with every post you type....

If you decided to be rude because you failed to do your own research on a knife in that price range then you would receive the consequences your rudeness produced. Nevermind breaking the Bladeforum policy regarding general conduct. I would only hope the seller you purchase that from is either a lot more forgiving that I or has learned his lesson as I have in that no matter how a person is treated by the other party, "if one party isn't happy" clause then etc.

Edited to add:

Read reply to previous quote. Again, your speculations working overtime.I will respond to your comments above in blue.

wrong way. I'm so glad you were exposed for the kind of member you are. Bladeforums is a community of knife lovers who get along. You sir are on the outside looking in.

Interesting how you can judge someone without even knowing them and ever meeting them. Secondly, if my posts rub you the wrong way then I apologize for the way you interpret them. However, if you are claiming I am a "scammer", I would ask you as anyone else who still believes it to be to provide some evidence, some basis of fact. Instead of just how you "felt" when reading my posts.

I would hate for this to take another nasty turn with request for or exchange of parts that may or may not be correct to the knife in question.
Unlike some others on this forum, I do have full trust in Dino that he will return the knife back to me in the condition it was. Afterall, what reason do I have to doubt that based on his past record?

I have a hard time with the idea of Dino asking for the other parts to the knife. Why would he do that, if he was going to get a full refund from PP ?

Agreed.

Well, Mr. Kalandztis, we can certainly agree on something.....and that is this is not about the knife or the money. It is about exposing me for who I am? And what would be, a scammer? What evidence do you have of that I ask? There is no evidence of that because A) I never tried to "take the money and run", B) everysingle question you ever asked me I was honest and forthcoming. The only reason you succedded is because of my thickheadedness and pride, that kept me holding on to the grievances you made against me, and my failure to do the right thing at the time and issue you a refund.

This was to remind anybody who thought that maybe he did make the call to paypal rethink that postion.

Why should they re-think that position? Because the real truth is coming out and all of a sudden the spell you cast over the forum community inciting that I am a scammer because of one transaction gone wrong with fault from both parties regardless of the amount of involvement from each? The truth that I did indeed make that call and that re-enforces the truth that my apology was sincere. The fact that I can provide written evidence of that call and the extra I sent and the fact that you cannot providence evidence of your call? The fact that I trusted the forum community and followed their advice on doing the right thing by ending this now making that call to Paypal? Now that it somehow blows holes in your "exposing him for who he really is" thesis?

Look, Mr. Kalandtzis, I have done all I can do to repair this from my side. I am just a normal guy, an honest seller who made a mistake and unfortunately it had to of happened with you. I again apologize for that. The fact that you are unwilling to accept my apology is more upsetting though and almost as much as the fact that some are still willing to condemn and based their position not on evidence but on mere speculation. You have your refund now and I can get the knife back and we can move on. That is all I ask.

Ryan, what you need to do is realize you are Finished Here. Stop beating your chest like a baboon and just GO AWAY.

You know who Spyfanman reminds me of..... Lui Kang.... Yea.
He's not a scammer but he handles business in a way thats less than honorable and than he defends himself to no end even
when the whole community is telling him otherwise. You should change your name to LK.

What does this mean?
