Essential Functions:
Maintain employee payroll records.
Prepare, transmit and verify payroll data, including all payroll tax data.
Prepare and distribute employee timecards/timesheets.
Verify changes (exemptions/deductions/pay changes/dept changes) entered by HR.
Reconcile errors.
Print and distribute 401(k) reports.
Distribute payroll checks.
Review submitted timecards/timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
Enter time/labor into Costpoint and Timberline accounting systems.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, AA degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years payroll experience with at least one year benefits administration experience. Must be detail-oriented and have strong MS Office Skills. Deltek Costpoint, Timberline, MAS 500 experience preferred. Absolutely must be able to handle information of a highly confidential nature. Must be self-motivated, a great multi-tasker, and possess excellent organizational skills. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions, and must be able to speak the English language in an understandable manner, including in front of a group.
Working Conditions:
Position will be based in a busy office environment and will be subject to frequent interruptions. This role has strict deadlines and requires high attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry file boxes and other awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs, including up and down stairs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday. Must be able to see and hear, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.

General Contract Requirements:
Must be willing and able to deploy for 6 months.
Must have solid experience in the US Military or Sworn Law Enforcement
Must be a U.S. Citizen, proof of citizenship is required.

Must be in good health and pass a physical test.
Most positions require ability to obtain/maintain a secret or higher clearance.
