Super polished edges

An old Kershaw Barrage (I think). Reset bevel on 125 micron diamond belt, then tuned up on Juuma 800/2000/Suehiro G8 and stropped on Washboard w/stock compound. Not a total mirror, but turned out great esp for the amount of time in.

Diamond belt?! Last I checked on those they were extremely expensive. Nice work

About the only benefit of a 1x30, excepting the variable speed motor I put on it, everything about it is cheap!

I picked them up specifically for resetting bevels on black coated blades, in place of my Blaze belts. They still leave some feather marks along the shoulder but a lot easier to clean up than the conventional abrasive belts.

Just finished this up. Noticed a smudge on the edge after the video, about 1-1.5" up from the choil on the lock side ... oh well :)

Love Reates man, amazing quality! That one looks like it's well loved ;) love you're work (above) on it, great job!

If it gets too thick BTE then send it my way... this is, without a doubt, probably one of the most amazing types of slicing edges... 15 dps, .010" or so thick BTE. It can be dialed in more but this isn't my knife lol.

WIP off a slurried 3K. Finish is uneven and hazy. Same stone without slurry can produce a decent mirror...

So a co-worker of mine asked if I could sharpen his $2.95 flipper from Walmart and me being who Iam..gladly accepted. It was only finished at 2300 grit and I’ve got absolutely no idea what type of steel if it even is steel..but I think she turned out okay. By the way, the knife is ONLY tip up carry :poop:

Aqua...Due to your generous time and effort, this knife now probably exceededs your co-worker’s wildest dreams. Nicely done.

A couple customer jobs done, nice mirror edges all around. Really liked how that K390 Police sharpened up! Even with being so huge it was still less work than the M4 on the GB2! :D
