Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

I am not sure what is happening on S!K FB page. S!K made multiple posts over the last few days, then deleted them. The comments on the posts were almost all from customers complaining that their recent orders have not shipped, requests for refunds are being ignored and that S!K is not responding to emails or calls. While orders not shipping as promised and not responding to customers with pending orders is business as usual for S!K, deleting posts is not.

I wonder how much longer S!K can keep this up...

To anyone reading this thinking of taking the risk like the guy above, don't. Not only are you taking a risk, even in the event you get a knife, you are supporting a criminal organization. These people are con-artist, successfully running a scam for a decade. You might as well go give your money to a bum begging on the street corner to buy booze.

There are way too many good makers and manufacturers that earn, and thus, deserve your support. No need to buy from grifter scum.

Do you remember back in August when "Tyler" started working at S!K. Ellie and Guy PROMISED that "Tyler" was going to solve all the communication and customer service issues. A few weeks later they claimed that all unanswered email had been answered...

Since August, the S!K Facebook page has been loaded with comments from people that cannot get a response or a refund.

Guy and Ellie very often say thing that are not accurate.
 
You are correct, they also have a pile of other evidence including more than 2 dozen "Seconds" with matching firsts that were sent and independently analyzed for so called flaws. There is also an ongoing investigation in Idaho and California since Paypal is headquartered there and they used them to process a large amount of intentionally fraudulent transactions. They like to hop states every couple years in the mistaken belief that they are leaving those problems behind when crossing state lines. Instead they opened themselves up to prosecution in 3 states not to mention the Feds Rico investigation.
I told that lying, thieving, cowardly little weasel I was going to make it a focal point of my life to crush him and I intend to do just that no matter how long it takes or time and resources spent on it.

They read the thread.

Keep running Guy, it won't help you or the woman you like to hide behind. I will be in the courtrooms when they sentence you. Next week or ten years from now, makes no difference to me.

Here comes 2024, and last we checked, 2015 was still unfulfilled!

I saw a post on another forum discussing Mail Fraud.


Apparently they might be guilty of this crime as well. Being that they clearly sell items with no intention of delivering the items as promised.

I'd love to know if any of this is real though or just wishful thinking.

I got my refund, but nothing irks me more that getting taken. People think you'll just go away. I reserve my time on the crapper for Guy...the two just go together so well.

that's great. Too bad it isn't a reflection of reality for people who ordered knives in 2015.

Let me boil down your feedback for everyone:
1) S!K can't seem to produce a knife without flaws
2) S!K can't manage to ship in stock items within 2 working weeks.

Glad you got yours.

S!K is currently filling orders for seconds. Every minute that they spend on seonds is time that they could be spending on filling orders from 2015 - 2023. They are choosing to fill NEW orders before orders that are almost a decade old. They ignore customers that want refunds.

If you order a second you will probably get it. That does not make S!K a "good" company. It does not make Guy and Ellie reliable. If you order a knife from S!K you have a significantly less that 100% chance of getting your order. S!K has been operating this way for a decade.
