Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

They just sent out a "Preorder Closing Soon" email. Guy is a real pitch man:

Why Preorder
- Preordering is the best way to ensure you're getting the exact options you want on your new knife, while also saving money.
- You can pick from the full list of handle and sheath options and we will make your knife exactly the way you want it.
- All preorders are discounted at least 5% off current pricing.
- You don't have to worry about future price increases since your order is already locked in.
- Guarantees that you get a knife from the upcoming production run, so you don't have to hurt your finger hitting the refresh button when extras drop.
- Seriously! Our backlog is diminishing and demand is growing quickly. End of run blades are selling out fast and options become limited at the end of each run. -- We're working hard to scale up as quickly as possible but demand seems to be growing right along with us.

Haha!

Someone should bite the bullet to gain standing in a class action lawsuit later. Just not me...

Here is what the last point should say:

- Seriously!... Strap in for a long ride. We will probably fill some more recent order before we fill yours. If we can keep the doors open, you might get a knife. Please know that we will never respond to your emails and we will not willingly issue a refund. We expect you to send us your money then shut the fu*k up. Be sure to never complain on social media or we will block you / censor your comments. We have outstanding orders from 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Over half of the orders from 2023 and almost 2/3 of the orders from 2022 have not been filled (trust us, these are real numbers)... but it is not our fault. Not one bit of anything that has happened or will happen is our fault. S!K 2024 for the win!!

Bingo!

Continuing to support a POS and continuing to gloat about buying seconds from a POS really speaks volumes about you. You and Guy are made for each other.

Of course you don’t actually use your knives
GSO 4.5 scandi is very much in use, you can see I made it a little bit convex from sharpening on WorkSharp Ken Onion blade grinder. I made a post about micro chipping of scandi blade after batoning some wood few months ago, but my post got deleted (freedom of speach, huh). GSO 8 was also in use, great chopper. Little GSO 3.5 I didnt use so far, and GSO 4 arrived just today

Easiest way to prevent getting scammed - don’t deal with known scammers. Which, by the way, is the point of this thread.

The knife would be bought anyway, if it wasnt me, it would be somebody else lets be realistic.
"The bank would be robbed anyway, if it wasn't me..."
"Those drugs would have been sold anyway, if it wasn't me..."
"That guy would have been killed anyway, if it wasn't me..."

Poor excuse. You support criminals, knowingly, then brag about it.

Only by those who lack a moral compass such as yourself.

That post was moved offline because it had nothing to do with SK! business practices which is predominantly the topic of this thread.

You were doing a review of your new GSO, that should have been posted here.

And just for reference, here's your picture of the minor chipping you were talking about.
