That post was moved offline because it had nothing to do with SK! business practices which is predominantly the topic of this thread.
You were doing a review of your new GSO, that should have been posted here.

Those are the chipped seconds............I had not seen one of Guy's YouTube videos saying they were making serrated models now....kewl...where do I pre-order ?
This is ignorant and I don't appreciate the implication for the staff of Blade Forums.(freedom of speach, huh)
You have no idea what that actually means, do you.....(freedom of speach, huh).
They have blocked A LOT of people. Their private group is even worse; Ellie is really active on that page, and if you dare to question her or point out how crazy some of her BS is, the ban you. What is wild is how many disgruntled customers find their way to that group, make a few posts complaining about S!K, then get banned. There are a lot of pissed off customers out there...I think I’ve been blocked from their FB page. I left a comment on one of Guy’s videos suggesting he spend less time making videos and more time making knives, then he wouldn’t have to make so many videos explaining why he can’t make enough knives to fill his orders. Right after that Survive Knives stopped showing up in the FB search results. I guess maybe that wasn’t received too well.
Unless I missed something, it doesn't look like they addressed why their oldest orders still haven't been completed. They just posted an "update" on Youtube.
What can they say? That they stole the money and ran.Unless I missed something, it doesn't look like they addressed why their oldest orders still haven't been completed.
So, they tried to give paypal a fake usps tracking number to delay a refund? You did get refunded through paypal though, right? Did paypal say anything? Any more details you could add would be helpful. Thank you for speaking up!Survive just crossed a line with me. I don’t post too much and never had a bad word to say on any manufacturer on any of my 100+ collection but Survive really are a joke.
I was new to the brand as a customer around 6 months ago and ordered a V-7 and a 5.1 as their website stated “may take up to 3 months”. I was fine with a 3 month timeline and good to go. I then saw various posts like this forum and on FB that made me worry about the timelines. Luckily I had paid via PayPal so wasn’t concerned too much.
Fast forward to the last month and I have acquired all the models I wanted from the secondary market and wanted to get refunds. No respond emails, dead phone calls so I requested a refund through PayPal. They didn’t respond to it so after about 30 days PayPal gave me a full refund. Fine.
Whilst this was going on, I got an email from Survive outline a batch of 5.1 seconds that would ship out within 10 days. Long story short, 2 months later, no knife has arrived, no email responses or anything so I raised another PayPal refund and decided I won’t ever support that brand again.
In the dispute, Survive responded in the resolution centre stating that the knife had shipped with a tracking number of “000000” via USPS. I complete fabrication that from my view was input to delay the refunding of my money or avoid refunding me all together. I am lost for words with the conduct of this business and hope they just close their doors now. They have crossed a line with their conduct to a point of blatant fraud now.
All the best on the law suit and I feel so sorry for all the people who have put money on blades 6+ years ago that no one will likely ever see.
Hi Mate, after they responded with the fraudulent USPS tracking number I raised it again and PayPal sided with me and granted a full refund. Sorry I forgot that bit. I could almost forgive the complete radio silence from them but to actually go out of their way to input this just seemed downright deceptive. So, they tried to give paypal a fake usps tracking number to delay a refund? Thanks. And yes, that is a new level of deception, one I'm sure paypal does not appreciate. At one time, paypal froze their funds because of so many refund requests. That was years ago and I doubt survive keeps a balance anymore. Not sure why paypal is still taking payments for them.Hi Mate, after they responded with the fraudulent USPS tracking number I raised it again and PayPal sided with me and granted a full refund. Yeah I was wondering that too. I have the email and can forward screenshots if anyone needs it in the future. Very disappointing behaviour.Thanks. Not exactly shocking though. More stupid, really. I mean, not sure that was better than just ignoring paypal altogether. Seems lying to them is worse. Oh well.Yeah I was wondering that too. I have the email and can forward screenshots if anyone needs it in the future. Very disappointing behaviour.
