Not that I’m at all qualified to comment, but If I was Guy’s lawyer, I’d tell him to shut up. If I was Guy’s business partner, I’d tell him to shut up. If I was Guy, I’d shut up.

I don’t see a scenario where he wins over the public with the kind of press he’s been delivering. If anything, my opinion is that he’s weakened confidence that he can get anything done.

You think guy has a lawyer? I don't. Maybe a buddy giving him advice. Only the most crooked lawyer would work for guy, and crooked lawyers only work if there could be money in it (some might for notoriety, but most, a pay day). Any foolish law monkey can see there is no money at the end of the tunnel with survive.

I think guy had a bit of a manic moment and went all in on his latest version of the blame game con. I think publicly and through back channels, he got word that this was a horrible plan and abandoned ship. I also think he got a stack of cease and desist letters from actual lawyers threatening legal action if he continued. Guy isn't stupid. He's been successfully conning people with survive for over a decade. He knows getting into a legal situation, where deception and obfuscation will not be tolerated, is a guaranteed loss for him.

I'd bet he keeps quiet, lets the heat die down. Then, resurface with the spin of moving forward and putting his nose to the grind stone, all for the good of his customers!

(With a new model and preorder, of course).

Only because you (and we) know most of the rest of his story. Anybody watching that drivel for the first time, and not having seen the negative comments here and elsewhere, would have no reason to not believe him. Hell, we’ve seen plenty of them here who still feel obligated to throw their money at him despite seeing 10 years of reasons why they shouldn’t.

I’ve followed Survive a while, since around q4 2020, and this is pretty standard for Guy. He will get really active for a bit to drive new sales, then go radio silent..you can scroll through his YouTube videos and see the pattern. Though I did wonder to myself if he maybe got a cease and desist over this…very possible and been expecting one to come. Just saying it’s not the only possibility, cause this is pretty par for the course with Guy. A big media push with multiple videos of excuses for past failures while saying they’re turning it all around and getting caught up…then posting nothing for a while. Rinse and repeat

I was just going through some of my old emails from 2013, and I have an email where I emailed Survive about little black spots on my GSO5. Guess Guy had occlusions even then hehe...this was CPM-3V fyi

lol and the edge chipped as well cutting small branches off of a bush (they were a few mm thick). To be fair Guy did resharpen the knife and send it back to me.

I sent it Dec 26, 2013, it was shipped back Jan 8, 2014. This was just when Survive started making knives. All of the purchase knives were numbered. I think things started going downhill shortly afterwards. A shame.

Guy, Niagara doesn't have to prove anything scientifically. They just have to prove you are a lying con-artist who's broke and looking to pass the blame in order to benefit financially. All that will be extremely easy when you have to hand over your financials, all your coms, and we all get a documented history of you ponzi scheme scam "business".
