Good riddance. That's why it's important to talk to the DA in the link earlier so there's a record for the liquidators to hopefully send you some money. Might not be all of it but you might get some. Maybe we'll get lucky and there will be video of the equipment auction.
All you knifemakers keep an eye out. Might see some bargain prices on barely used equipment.

It's Friday morning and I still don't see this alleged lab findings video. I thought it was supposed to drop last night. Or am I just not looking in the right place.

Nope, I just did a YouTube search and it didn’t come up with anything.

I’m sure it was an internet uploading speed issue- the video is already done and the service provider is at fault. 🙄

I have never 1 time profited from video from any brand or manufacture, and to wrap that up- I'm not making videos for Jon- I know things are hard for you to understand but I bought my first survive knife and did my first 2 videos before Jon had become part owner of the brand. I actually just sent Jon a message explaining that my belief that he is going to help the brand does come with expectations and if those expectations aren't met ill be the first in line to say it.

Because that is how I do it. 10 years and hundreds of videos telling the honest truth as best as I see it in the most objective light possible.

And for 10 years those who are the least objective have had the most to say about it. That's how it goes. If I cared about people who watch YouTube videos for confirmation bias or comforting lies I would make content for them.

I think beachmaster is gone...? his unironic (in bold) subjective assessment of his personal objectivity....while in the next paragraph comparing a group of people he has never met, does not understand, nor will ever come to know....as being lacking in objectivity.

For the sake of objectivity, anytime Guy can release the long awaited lab stats to the public, for Crucible and Larrin Thomas to review, would be a pleasant surprise to me.

Whether anyone stated anything afterward is less important than the examination from theses two sources that could afford valuable perspective on the broader topic of magnacut issues for survive!. Perhaps they would provide insightful perspectives, due to the parties being intimately in the know when it comes to comercial alloy formulas and production, as well as thermal processing of metal?

Both business and Larrin were dragged through internet mud, so, I think that Crucible and Larrin have a stake in sharing their thoughts and at least should have the opportunity to view the literature.

Perhaps other knife makers/manufactures could use the info, too, since Guy claimed to be bringing the light, to the misguided knife making industry a few short months ago.

Not holding my breath.

The problem beachmaster has is "objectivity" can only be established when there's facts to be objective about.

On one side-
1) S!K's decades long, remarkably bad performance record (that's facts)
2) S!K's bashing of reputable businesses to the point he's black listed (more facts)
3) S!K's pre-order, money-up-front business practices that have put them in this mess (hard facts).

On the other side we have-
1) promises that he'll do better (not facts)
2) claims against reputable businesses that have yet to be validated (not facts)

An objective person could reasonably come to the conclusion that S!K is more trouble than they are worth.

My personal feeling, based on the timing, is that his "friend" Jon asked for some PR after Jon, according to Jacob, became a co-owner (Jacob's words). Jon probably wanted all the help he could get to protect his investment in the troubled company. Just my speculation.
