Video is up. It's a word salad and not very evidence heavy. He speaks like a man with concrete evidence but I just don't see it.
He references people calling the issues lies or blaming his processes.
Me personally, that's not it. I could see anybody receiving a bad sheet of steel. NSM essentially admitted this and provided replacements. Guy claims the replacements were not enough. Here is where it gets interesting.
How many bad blanks? How many did you cut out?
He references 20%. Then he only shows a handful of bad blanks. If he had cut anywhere near the number of blanks as pre-orders, we are talking at least 500 knives. Therefore, he should have 100 or more bad blades just laying around.
Again, he only shows a couple and HAD to have the samples from NSM back.
Why, doesn't he have a pallet of them?
If I were trying to prove a point, and videos were my thing, I would have made one showing the hundred bad blanks one by one. It would speak volumes and shut me up.
Instead, Guy shows an email referencing a small sample. One which NSM tried to make him whole on. He chose to take it to the Internet instead of getting back to work.
It seems he needs this to be bigger than it is.
Lastly, the knife I ordered nearly 2 years ago was in CMP 3V and yet it never got made.
