I just checked the S!K website. You cannot order anything on the site. There is nothing "in stock", no pre-order, no parts or shirts or anything.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
….unsurprising at this point I guess. I would assume that the advisor he has engaged for the end process has said this is the thing to do. I would assume that “trading when insolvent” without the protections (for all) of a legal order is not legal in the US ? Of course the assumption is that this has been the case for a period already but formalising it now it seems. I would not expect a public announcement from Sly Guy but simply for everything to go dark soon. Unsecured creditors may hear and be asked to file claim. Unless a White Knight rides in with a “buy out” one can expect it to be done soon.I just checked the S!K website. You cannot order anything on the site. Also, a bankruptcy court will look into everyone who was given any assets (incl knives to customers) within a certain time period of deciding to declare or declaring bankruptcy, as those assets should have been divided up as the court determines.….unsurprising at this point I guess. I suppose you can always express your positive feelings about what's happening. Seems fair. What is happening on the "fan page" on FB. I am curious how that group of true believers are dealing with this.
The FB moderators are very diligent about banning anyone that dares to say anything less than positive about Guy, Ellie of Survive! Knives. The actual written policy of the page at one point said something similar to "anyone complaining about wait times or open orders will be banned."
...........how long ago did you do so, just out of curiosity mate. It's a s#it deal for sure but sadly the writing has been on the wall for years and the Guy/Ellie show is just convincing.Note to self...never ever pre order a knife again!!! I'm sure many on here are happy, but I hoped that somehow they would turn it all around. Guess this is it. No posts from them anywhere that I've seen for a while now.

I got the same responseWell, PA Attorney General responded:
The Bureau of Consumer Protection attempted to resolve your complaint against Survive Knives through a voluntary mediation process. Despite our efforts, we have not been able to resolve this matter to your satisfaction and have reached an impasse between you and Survive Knives.
It might not mean what you think...My favorite part is Guy got the S!K symbol tattooed on his wrist; a constant reminder of his over confidence.

I think in the case Blues’ “just the facts” mentality would be good to adopt. HST seems like a well meaning guy, just taken in like all the others.I would assume Jon made out with some product before he quit/was fired.
I ordered my first one when then just got started. It took a little less than a year if I remember correctly. I liked what they were doing and ordered another one a few years latter, I got it in around 4 months. The last one I ordered was a GSO4 around 3 years ago. Guess that's one I'll never see. Looking back on it all, I guess it was luck of the draw. If you ordered the right thing at the right time you would get it............how long ago did you do so, just out of curiosity mate. I’ll edit original post.I think in the case Blues’ “just the facts” mentality would be good to adopt. HST seems like a well meaning guy, just taken in like all the others.
I’m concerned that Guy’s fudging the books in preparation for a bankruptcy declaration, but I have no reason to believe that’s what’s happening… unless of course you consider the decade of fudging numbers.
