Tacticlol Knives II: The Return of Ridiculous

SBW always struck me as goofy and tacticlol

...and MKT

I'm sure these will trigger someone... but the prices these command and the utter ridiculousness of them make me scratch my head.

Pocket bricks are a niche market. In their defense, MKT does makes some actual cutting tools!

...and also quite a few folding hammers.

If that's a bottle opener cutout in the middle of the blade I think you win this thread... :D

Uhhhhhh....

Sure! Why not?

At first, I thought it was a blood groove with a triangular speed hole at the back, but I see now that Czechmate is right, again!

Oh, for sure. But look at those tantos in the upper right corner. I mean, that looks like the disappointment you present to your girl after a bit too much whiskey. Like pushing rope.

You gotta be super tactically skilled to use a blade-a-rang! :D

Here's what I could find, and yes one of them is a 30.06 styled slingshot with a built in folding blade.

I love collecting these cheap flea market/ frost cutlery folders as novelty knives and examples of what's out there.
I have quite a few but not all are tacticool-ish.
the Japanese fixed blade is from the 80's and had a chrome plated handle, but my dad got glue all over it when the rubber grips came off and I ruined it with sandpaper and just painted over it .They still make a Chinese version of it.
When I was a kid the cool factor of it made me the cock of the walk , and I had so many trade offers for it.

Honestly, I've seen enough variations of that design from respected makers that I think it's just plain old "tactical"

I cannot, however, for the life of me, make heads or tails of that item in the top right - in between the tiny gun knife and the trio of spider-themed folders.

Comeuppance, I'm pretty sure it's a slingshot... with a tiny folding blade on one side of the handle... mind boggling.

Maxim, you could work for TOPS! That looks like a Tom Brown Tracker Karambit, which is right up their alley. Now you just need a SICK name for it, like "MIDNIGHT MANHUNTER" or "DEATH COLLECTOR" or "RECON REAPER" or "MAKE THEM TOM BROWN THEIR PANTS"

don't forget the descriptor of the people who make and use them... ya need something like "149% hero" or "for awesome, by awesome" or "tougher than you wish you were" or something like that... most likely all of those written in barbed wire all around the full page add.
