Tacticlol Knives II: The Return of Ridiculous

Tacti-cool is not a new thing. From an old Field & Stream (1930’s I think):

Handmade! Named after a serial killer, and described to be for "tactical hunting"....is this meant for the hunting of Victorian-age sex workers? A lot of questions with this one.

Also speed holes and the blade ends in two blunt barbs! I think the "design" phase was done by having multiple goofy features written on little pieces of paper. The folded papers were then drawn at random (probably from a silk top hat), and then incorporated into this so-called knife.
