I really, really love my Quiet Carry Drift 2. Vanax blade, LCN200 lockbar insert, ceramic detent, titanium scales and hardware... I mean, what's not to love? Well, for one, it's bland as hell. Silver on silver on silver. Bleh. It was boring the hell out of me.
So now it's blue. Problem solved.
Excellent transformation! Pulled up pics of the original model - agree that the silver everything is way too much of the same lol.
Looking good.. Can't wait to see the finished product...I like to cut a few lines across background areas before hogging them out with the rotary tool...helps keep everything even.

....flipped the orientation to see how it looks peeking through the clip, obviously there would be a minimal landing pad for the clip to avoid pocket wear.
) we concluded it flowed better with the clip in the reversed orientation....made good progress too
