They actually carry the same to me. Folded up it's only about 1/2 inch longer.
Here it is with the backs lined up with my F3. I can grab a pic with a F95 ti if you want.

I appreciate the extra comparison pic. One thing I do like about the 111 is how far the backspacer runs up the frame, the taper on it looks cool as well.
 
I have had a few of those F3 NS models pass thru my hands and they truly are magnificent knives. One I had was fitted with aftermarket roller bearings and the action was sublime. However this remains my all-time favorite, a lowly SRBS F95NL:

I even think the Hati gen 3, F95 and stellar have even better action than the F3! Crisper and better detent imo. And those can be had without custom division price. Great knife tho! Love that color combo

Wow..I wouldn't know. Never had any of those- this F3 NS is just my 2nd. My 1st is a Ursus Quantium.
But, my F3 NS was less than a Hati gen 3
But, yeah, love the Purple CF.
I always wanted a 111.
Shouldve gotten one when I first saw one I think it was 2014 or 2015 - they were $750

I like the little boxes. Takes up less room in the trash, which is where they go immediately, along with all the other boxes and random trash makers send (that includes crk boxes/"birth cards", etc). I use and enjoy my stuff, give no worry to resale. Im more likely to just give something away if im done with it. The rest of the materialistic trash means little to me.

I have given away quite a few knives in the past few years, but I still find when I do a trade that having the box and papers gets me a better trade. I don't think I have ever posted a "for sale" thread on this forum - I usually only buy or trade, but occasionally someone PM's me about one they saw I have and they make me an offer.

However, I still like to store my plethora in the original boxes, and I hate to see the boxes fall apart when I pull one out multiple times. So, I think I'm going to get a pelican case for about 40-80 knives, put my favorite EDC's in there, and store the knife boxes in the basement for a possible future trade.

I'm trying to get where you are. I haven't sold or traded a knife in over ten years, so why do I need to keep these stupid boxes? They are beginning to take up enough room to worry about it. :)
