Good morning yāall. I picked up a Gen 1 F95 NL a few weeks ago in a trade. Iām amazed at the evolution from it to my Gen 5. Both amazing and similar appearing knives but they feel much different in hand. Love it !

Thanks bro and I agree. Different feel than my Gen 5 but still excellent. My only regret is that it doesnāt have jumping on the spine. (Small regret)Nice find with the carbon fiber inlay! Those āolderā F95ās with the open back and plain blade have a fantastic feel to them.
The Shiro/Sinkevich Skinny Strip came in last night and Iām very excited to pair it up w/ its fraternal twin. Sadly, the fattest triplet is still out there !

I got lucky w/ that sequence by exchanging one due to a lock-up concern. Found a Fat strip last night and being that only 150 were madeā¦..the streak is broken. Are you going to go wild and only try and get either 183 or 186 to keep the numbers sequential? Iām actually surprised you got the two in that order!

I havenāt been a big fan of Shiro knives to this point but that is a thing of perfection and beauty. What is that particular model called?I really want another run of these to happen so I could get a bronze anodized version, Iād like them to keep the 4mm blade thickness too since most new offerings are 3.5mm now, the 4mm blade stock just feels a little more stout and hits a little harder when opening.

Edited to add that itās not that I dislike the brand. Itās just that up to this point it really hadnāt caught my attention.
I appreciate that info. After your first post I went searching and found a lot of those Ursus ones and they didnāt look the same as the one in your post. Now I know. Thank you buddy. . .BP Green Iāll also say that all of those Quantum āUrsusā knives for sale at dealers are not on par with the true Quantum Gen1 or Gen2, the Quantum Ursus line has a much more budget feel to them.
