The Bears' Den--Shirogorov Showcase

Hope everyone has a Stellar weekend! Titanium FP in S90V, CF FP in Magnacut, and CCKS 2023 Sinkevich Touch in M390 –– you can't get any better than this IMHO! My favorite Shiro model for sure.

Hi all, I forgot to post this recent pic of the Marlowe RKMP collaboration too. It's a wonderful design and very slim, and I'm completely terrified to even consider using it! I'm amazed I found one at a decent price, only a bit over the original table price.

Alright guys, after that false start with the Stellar, I can now officially enter the bear’s den! My first Shiro and I couldn’t be happier! Flawless action, perfectly centered, nice early lock-up. The way they incorporated the MEFP to work so well with the lines of the quantum. They really knocked it out of the park. So my third and latest is an F95Zero. According to the seller it is a gen 1 from a 2019 release but I suspect this may be a latter model actually. It does have a 4mm blade stock but it’s milled inside the scale and has a hidden clip screw. Would love any additional info from one of you more experienced guys? Thanks!

Ill throw my guess in. If it's mrbs, m390 and has weight reduction pockets. It's an early gen 4, I believe.

I think you’re right. As far as what I could tell from my own research, some of the early later gens - which would make this one kind of rare so that’s pretty cool - did have 4mm bar stock blades and that’s what this one appears to be. It was described to me as a first gen from a 2019 release but I don’t think that’s the case.

I don’t know the generations of the F95 down pat but I’d call this a Gen 4, I bought mine on January 17th 2022 from R1 when this specific variation Zero got released and it’s just like yours with the M390, MRBS, 4mm blade stock etc. I actually think this model is better than the new Gen5.1 with the thinner 3.5mm blade. The 4mm blade stock and thicker backspacer give this knife a stouter feel, I love mine.
