I managed to score these as follows.

1. Forum Purchase.
2. On the Exchange.
3. S Model, from Gunstock Jacks.
4. Gifted one.

Sometimes, it helps to reach out, rather than speculate. After all, some of us here exchange numbers and actually talk to one another, instead of engaging in these threads (hence the gift). The knife community is much larger than this forum, as I have met some of my favorite people here, however it’s silly to accuse someone of flipping/having and eBay store because they have four of one knife.

So the question is, why do you need 3 of the exact same model? I get the S variation, but I'd feel bad about having that many when others didn't get any. Especially since you have less than 20 posts in this forum!

I was just reading the tube again today and I appreciate the look back in time and the history of the means that the Australian’s took to try to control the bunnies. Looks like it was a happy accident when the bunnies were introduced and ended up helping feed people through the depression.

You did not read the words on the labels on the knife tubes? Forum member Meako was asked to write that, and so he is the author of the text on the label on the back of the tubes. I am sure it was fully vetted.

90% of his posts are in sales and the post on FB knife sales page he moderates hides all the serials.
Like I said, wild what people will do/say for these knives, boys.
You can't buy a backup on integrity.

Good ol' 496 arrived a few moments ago. Thanks Charlie and Spark. Excellent size, f&f, ebony. Love the brushed/satin finish. I had to grab the tool on a handy Lionsteel to get the tube open. Never had to do that before, That puppy was in there tight.

Congrats, Mike! You must be one beaming bunny, one happy hare, one lucky leporine living thing to have received 496, which mathematically is a "perfect number", since 496 is equal to the sum of its "proper factors" (all factors except 496 itself).
496 = 1+2+248+4+124+8+62+16+31

Full transparency, I ordered one of the leftovers.

I ordered a second also (but not for trade or resale). I always like to have a backup on favorites, one to use and one to keep pretty. I thought that was permitted when the leftovers that didn't sell during preorder were released. The drop time was announced in advance and the link was open for a full hour, so anyone who missed the preorder had ample time to buy. But if I misunderstood and there is a strict limit of one per member then Spark please simply cancel my second order.

Yes I know a lot of folks have this habit, for me it's easier to make something a regular user that way (no hesitation if I have backup to keep pristine). Also it's good insurance if you're like me and have a tendency to misplace things lol.

I kinda squealed like a school girl when I read that a 2023 BF knife is on the menu.

My 2022 BF Bunny Knife was one of the earlier ones to ship, but ended up with an expected delivery date that was the same day we left to visit family for the holiday. So it got to hang out with our other held mail at the local post office for a week or so, then was finally delivered on the 31st after we returned. So I did at least get my 2022 knife in 2022. Then I promptly forgot to take any pictures or post about until today.

It's nice to see other people help out a forum member who needs to sell theirs, while also planning to give it to another forum member for free. We should get together and see if we can consolidate the giveaways into one post with multiple knives, set some rules, and do a fair drawing. I'm not sure how to even start.

I picked one up from a forum member at his cost, who bought directly from Spark. I offered it back to him when I found a better number, and he said I should keep it. I promised to never sell it for a profit. I later told him I may be doing a giveaway, since more than one person reached out to me after I cried about missing the pre-orders back in October. But after I told him he could get it back at cost, he still wanted me to keep it, hence the GAW.

Another forum member who reached out to me last year also still needs to sell his, knowing I have mine. My plan was to help him out, but pass it along to another member at my cost or make that one the giveaway knife. If someone missed out on buying one, I can connect you with the other gentleman via PM and let you two work it out. He thought about keeping it, and then decided to still sell it at cost, but it has not arrived to him yet.

I do NOT plan to own a plethora of BF 2022 knives, but I just wanted to make it easier for a couple of members who reached out to me in my time of need to get their money back.
