Here are a couple of crappy cell phone pictures to show the difference.

Left to Right: Bacon, Red White & Blue, and Electric Orange

Left to Right: Tangerine, Electric Plum, Starry Night, & Burlap "Burl"

Just throwing this out there...

This looks similar but is a synthetic and not burlap

This is made out of jute and may be closer to eletric orange, but it has been worked into something else which may not make sense for your purposes

Also, electric plum I think would look really cool as a handle. If anyone has any examples that would be cool to see.

The dyed burl in the photo belongs to a friend, it likely won't come up for sale unless he gets hooked on something.

There are always going to be examples with prettier handles, better spalting, new steels, etc. If we are not loyal to our favorites, we are even more doomed than we already are seeking the next perfect model.
