Don't know if you can wrap Res-C around INFI this thick, but...
The Busse folks like their bang sticks as much as they like their steel, so how's about making the CG HOG-B8 from .308" stock with a 7.62" blade???

Welllllll, there's one way to find out. The crew could throw a couple 7.62x.308's together and send them out to the HOG B8 Test Team for evaluations and trials.:thumbup:
