Will, When it's a fat hog and everyone know's it's a fat hog, what's a fraction of an ounce? I always say a good personality can make up for a lot of shortcomingsHas anyone weighed a satin War Feather yet?
It...is...ALIVE!!!!…...er...IT HAS ARRIVED!!!
Man, this thing is a BEAST! It should be called "Baton-Aid".

My thoughts were they are rushing through the early Satin HOGB8's....We'll get the Fine Tuned Blemish Free onesWell Busto, I guess we're on "the list".![]()
...The biggest thing that stuck out to me was how well it stayed in my hand not wanting to leave it as some others have.

Yeah I was swinging with a strong grip, it steered pretty well and I'd loosen on the draw and it stayed in the hand excellent. I'll admit I've had a couple get away from me last year when I got my first ones. The biggest limb 3" or so, took a few whacks LOL! That pear was surprisingly stoutI hear that. I was amazed how little my original B8 War Feather gives up to a machete on light brush. It’s so controlled and yet so snappy that the action feels effortless—very contained, very precise. I bet the addl weight behind the HOGB8 makes for a nice, compact “power stroke”.
(Really like that photo BTW!)
