The kinda unspecified CRK talk thread.

I’d also recommend checking out the spyderco lil native for a small knife. Love em
I have wharncliffe version of the Lil' Native. It's even smaller than the Chaparral but, with the finger choil, still gives me a 4 finger grip. Makes me think this detour belongs in the cheat thread. 🤣 But, I still love me some Inkosi.

I too am starting an inkosi collection. I plan on eventually getting one of each blade variation, a micarta version or two and eventually a WC version. As of now I have dp and tanto pj and a cf tanto. Also plan on mixing a few 25’s in there.

I also really like the small Sebbies and plan on collecting them as well. More 21’s than 31’s though.

Because of the fatter blade on the Inkosi I've always thought that the Tanto is THE blade for the Inkosi whereas the DP and Insingo are more suitable for the Sebenza. And I would really, REALLY like to have an Inkosi with a Tanto blade but alas - some other knive always comes in the way it seems.

BTW, that's some sexy looking knives right there Lone_Wolfe Lone_Wolfe

Some knife content

Another sexy knife!
I did try to get one when they dropped a few weeks ago but unfortunately international shipping wasn't an option.
Does your location have any forwarding companies? I have used some in the past to get a delivery address in the US, but receive the order across the pond. Some companies block forwarding, but many allow it.

This makes me second guess dealing with AZK.

At least their return policy isn’t terrible!

I thought I'd bring this over here, since it's a better fit here. AZCK is mainly a consignment reseller. While they're knife guys that run the place, they can't and don't know everything. They rely of the seller to tell them the details about the knife, and also to set the price. They're pretty good at spotting fakes, but not infallible. They normally know the models pretty well, but won't normally spot things like reblades, mods, etc. The small nuances like the current version thumbstud was also missed by most people here until I said something about it. If a seller doesn't disclose something, like in this case, it gets passed along if not spotted by a potential buyer. They understand this, and have a good return policy to mitigate people getting a bad deal.

TBH, I spoke to the company that had the Carbon Fiber CRKs and this was their (totally fair) advice.
I've never tried it but the thought of understanding it and getting to know which forwarding companies are trustworthy seemed a bit time consuming - especially in the time before Xmas.

Thanks for the advise though, I believe I have to look into it. If you have more to add or advise you are more than welcome to shoot me a PM :)
