Thanks! And thanks for playing along.Uh ya. I stand corrected. That one is an exception. I’ve seen it before and had forgotten all about it. It’s a stunning piece of art.
Agreed, very mild and not very noticeable which could be a good thing. Will they add serrations if sent in?How do the serrations perform? They look much less aggressive or pointy than most other manufacturers.
I’ve also looked for one for a long, long while now. I think the serrated models had been discontinued for a while before the 21 was.Just saw a wtb ad for a serrated sebenza but I’ve never seen one before. Do they do serrations and if so partial or full? I personally like serrations and would certainly be interested in one. If so does anyone have one? Can we see some pics?
Yes, less aggressive, but very useful. I’ve cut pex with mine. What I like about the CRK serration is that if you have a wide stone, the flats can be sharpened with the plain edge. Then a round tapered rod to clean the grooves. It cuts zip ties like nobody’s business. IHow do the serrations perform? They look much less aggressive or pointy than most other manufacturers.
Thanks for the info. I’ll check in with them tomorrow to see if they can be added.Yes, less aggressive, but very useful. I’ve cut pex with mine. This is the only serrated blade I own, CRK did say that they would not be doing anymore serrated blades on the 21’s sometime before the 31 came out.
Don’t know if they’ll add them, there’s not but one way to find out.
I don't use Instagram so I'm not sure if it was from the same podcast, but Tim Reeve recently showed off/discussed a new injection molded titanium Sebenza clip that he says they'll sell for around $40. I saw a picture/screengrab posted on Reddit.
What happened to the 31 in green micarta?Final collection complete photos! I have 4 or 5 inlays still floating around trying to decide what to do with but this is the permanent Sebenza Collection I set out to build.
