My good luck is holding up as usual, just got a $100 ticket in the mail from one of those red light cameras. It seems I did not stop long enough before making a right turn on red.

That sucks.
I'm still waiting to see if I'll get a ticket from one of those infernal cameras in a city down the highway I was passing through a couple of weks ago.I went through a yellow light that turned red just as I made it through the intersection.(I know,bad Myke, but I was in a hurry your honor. :o)

The city I live in let the contract expire a couple of years ago because the red light cameras weren't bringing in the revenue they had hoped for.
I guess they did the job of making the streets safer, but put themselves out of business at the same time.:rolleyes: :thumbup:

Bummer John - and you don't even drive that much!

When I was in Belgium, I noticed that they have photo-sensor speed cameras on the highways there!

They do have these all over, but only some of them are active at any given time, so you just have to go the speed limit or near to it.

Sorry for your bad luck, at least you'll get to have some fun this weekend.

That is a phone book page, they are thinner and a good test for sharpness vs taking hair off my arm.
I had to sell my favorite Zippo to get that beauty and it was worth it!
 
I was hoping mine would be here today, but no such luck.

Should be soon though - I really like the one's I am seeing posted.

The dots on the tang - we started in 2010 with the stamp, it had 10 dots on it, and they are grinding off a dot each year to annualize the stamp.

Finally got some good news. Angie, Mark, Jon, and Emily are moving back from Florida! They should be here before Thanksgiving.
