That's great news, congrats to Becky!
 
Sitting here waiting for Hanna`s results, can`t concentrate on a darn thing, so I`m staying away from machinery until tomorrow.
 
painting the kitchen, we also had a book signing his weekend for Rebecca and it's extra credit season in my courses, lots to do :)
 
Still here, still looking for a job dang it.
Interviews aren't panning out.
I went to one last evening for a company that applies vapor barriers of different sorts to newly constructed buildings and I could tell the guy wasn't very enthusiastic when he saw me and how old I am.He even said white guys don't last because the work is hard and dirty.(And he's a white guy himself :rolleyes:)
I said shoot, I've been working hard my whole life, just give me a chance and I'll show you.
I doubt I'll hear back from him, he'll take the next guy that's younger which I can understand, but it is very frustrating to say the least.
It sucks getting old!
 
I haven't been in the shop for like 2-3 weeks, between work and other "stuff", it's been quite crazy.
 
Does anyone know a "Rebel Nimrod"? He sent me an email asking about the opinel handle Myke made but when i tried to reply it turns out he isn't set up to receive emails through BF and I haven't seen him on here.

I still try and check in but it's not as often. I've been working some overtime, working around the house, and doing things with the kids, etc. Speaking of kids, we are expecting our third one now. That was a big surprise for us!

Congrats! My 3 are all grown up now! Middle daughter just phoned from CA, she has a new job and is excited! I'm happy for her.
