Yeah, probably going to get around 2 feet of snow where I am. I hope everyone else made it through okay while it was working across the country.

Guess the old Ariens is going to get a workout Tuesday/Wednesday.

There's got to be a punch line to go with that. I remember working in an office years ago and the secretary came through the door saying she was disappointed not getting the 6-8 inches she expected last night. Most of us were near tears when the laughter finally died down.

And you too right? :)

I and the TORO will get a work out 1 or 2 times between now and Wednesday. 460 feet of gravel driveway with 2 hilly curves. Good thing I don't mind doing it. Still all the plans for the next 2 days have been put on hold. Hope the power stays on. No matter we have a generator I don't enjoy needing to use it.

Good luck to us all in the path of this one.
 
We had another record high temp of 60 degrees today.(with sunny skies to boot :p)

Got locked out of my house for about 3 hours last night (luckily the garage was open and there was beer in the fridge). Grabbed a piece of oak from the firewood pile and made this...

It helped pass the time, that's for sure. Far from perfect but not horrible for my first time.

nice! i have friends coming into town for the game this weekend. think i'm going to play around with bloody mary recipes tonight. we're going to need one Sunday morning. :o

Sounds like a good Friday afternoon to me:thumbup: I just got back from a short, cold, windy hike and believe I'll join you with a drink. Not sure if I have everything for a proper bloody mary but feel pretty good about Knob Creek and ice cubes
