Unless I was totally wrong with the translation of clogs, I would like to see some home brew with a multi bladed knife (tools like a bottle opener count as a blade too) . And I quotebtb01 : "Real thing only, no photographic representations, both items in one photo.
"
Thanks Barrett!Well done, Mark!![]()
Good job of upholding the honor of your country and supporting a Dutch-French alliance, Mark!Hah I made it

WI'm surprised as well! Since I am donating the Diamond Edge barlow and haven't sent it to @rockgolfer yet, I decided to "gift" my winnings to the random number generator and send the barlow to the lucky winner... guess what? Congrats to GT5K Qs for post #117
PM me your address GT and I will put the knife in the mail on Monday

Since we were still nailing down some rules, I threw in the "random generator" twist cuz it felt rightWW! Thanks very much, Kevin; this was quite a surprise this morning!
I'm amazed that no one came up with a mounted fish, and I had no idea that there was a "random winner" component to the game!
I'll send you info in a couple of minutes; that Diamond Edge Imperial Barlow looks like just my style!!
(And I'm going to contact Jeff about restocking the prize pool.)

Nice one Shawn, seems like your brother has produced quite the number of batches. How did the early ones taste?![]()
A dusty collection of some of my brother's earliest home brews posing with my Case Beer Trapper.
I'd like to see an Osage Orange handled knife with an Osage tree. Real knife, real tree, same photo please.

I guess I'm a step ahead of Barrett and on a level parallel to Greg.11 hours left on this one. I’d try for it, except that I don’t any knives in Osage Orange.(Also, I don’t know if there are any OO trees in Minnesota.) I thought I could cheat and find someone else’s knife-and-tree photo by searching the forums, but I came up empty handed.

There aren't many bois d'arc trees in town, but I think I know where one is. I doubt I'll get a chance to stop by it for a picture (family is still visiting through the weekend) When is the deadline?I have the knife, but not the tree. According to the Wikipedia entry, the distribution is mostly in Texas. Mayber8shell can help? I think I recall her posting an osage orange handled knife in the past...
7:57 PM Central Time, but please don’t feel pressured. Just tagged you in case you’d enjoy it.There aren't many bois d'arc trees in town, but I think I know where one is. I doubt I'll get a chance to stop by it for a picture (family is still visiting through the weekend) When is the deadline?
Mmmm, sounds very good! You've got me longing for a good Stout nowHe has done a ton of different batches. He has a real knack for Oatmeal Stouts and wheat beers. Always very good; even very early on in his time brewing. He also got really good at Saisons and Farmhouse Ales.
Mmmm, sounds very good! You've got me longing for a good Stout nowI've brewed my own beer for a while but in retrospect my first few weren't very good
switching to controlled fermentation (temperature wise) made a big difference. I think my best and favorite was an IPA, unfortunately I haven't found the time to brew for a while, maybe it will be different in a couple of years.

NICE target and a tough oneTough as the bois d'arc itself
I have the knife but those trees don't grow up here in lat 63°North could try faking it with a Birch
Think I'll have to cry 'racism' and moan that this deliberately excludes non Americans
Or were I to win, ask for an obscure Ghost Jade g-10 knife next to some rare Scandinavian Lichen
Joking apart, I'm looking forward to seeing one of these Osage Orange trees in a shot with a knife, come on you idlers!![]()
