No - you left the other one negative rep from that post Since you kinda signed it it was obvious that you couldn't have left the one i've shared with the rest of the forum so that everybody could see what kind of people Kyle's buddies are. As in, system wouldn't allow you to post two negative reps to same person in such a short timespan so yes, i believe it wasn't you who made that comment; i have no idea who it was and don't even want to know.

I would like to thank everybody for their kind words of support - it shows that there are far more people out there who want to see this matter justly resolved than just Keith and the few likes of him who're keeping the post on top. If Kyle's buddies were true and honest friends of his they wouldn't blindly make fools of themselves but would instead try to get Kyle to straighten the mess, either by providing the evidence that the items (or money) have been shipped already or by shipping them ASAP and be done with it.

I can't imagine in my wildest dreams that Gus, Blues or Cougar would do something like this, but if they did, I couldn't envision holding Spark accountable.

This thread has reached what, a gazillion pages or something? Human nature pretty much dictates that alot of us are hardheads. If it were me, and it's not, when I read past page 1, I'd be reluctant to post. When I got to page 12, I'd be saying "Damn if I'm gonna post in that thread". By the time it got to page 18 things like "it'd be a cold day in **** before I post" and by 22,
"I wouldn't give (name), (name) or (name) the satisfaction of thinking they made me post or payup". By this page I'd hazard a guess that it's just going to be a writeoff. That same human nature also dictates that it will be a 50/50 on who will forgive him and who won't.

Again, this is only my opinion. I'm not a physciatrist and I've never played one on TV.

The idea is no longer to force restitution or even to punish anyone for their lack of class and integrity. It's just to make sure no one else gets cheated by the dork.

Of course, human nature being what it is, a lot of people are taking advantage of the opportunity that Kyle is keeping open, to work their own personal agendas.

You are all defending the place where a criminal resides. The place wouldn't be a question at all if the people who run the place would do the right thing and deal with Kyle. Instead they chose to deal with Dan and ban him but not before abusing him publicly. So, if all who defend that place (after all that "others" have said against Dan in the initial thread), believe it to be a righteous place then handle your business and that would be making Kyle pay Dan or Banning him as well. If I did something like what Kyle did, I most certainly would get banned from here and or be made to pay somehow. It's a very black and white issue. If you all keep coming in and asking "why us?" etc. this is why. As a collective you are not handling business to ensure future business and on the level. Not a single member over there has said anything supporting Dan's cause and standing up for him at all. They haven't made it public at least that they've made inquiries with Kyle about the money. They only say "if that's what he says then it must be so". Saying so ain't proof. If it was my penis would be 2 feet long. No one seems to be working to take care of this. Only bitchin we are talkin about it and more.

I fail to see how anyone on any forum anywhere can be responsible for anothers actions. These 2 guys have an issue, maybe it will get resolved maybe not. I would guess that after 20 plus pages of posts that most everyone has figured out where they are gonna stand on this. No one is really gonna change anyone elses minds, least of all me Still I think it is kind of ridiculuous to keep the finger pointing and personal attacks going on. Everyone on either forum is a grown up or close to it and can make their own calls on this one. Why keep pointing fingers and saying so and so needs to do this or that? Really isn't there something more interesting to do with your time? I am sure I will get a ding or two for this post, but I am not standing up for anyone I am saying everyone has been sucked into a big drama for no reason. No one is saying that all the other members over there are responsible for Dan's goods. No one. What we are saying is, if you don't like what we have to say DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Man up! and tell that wad what is right! As a collective, if you don't like that this has trickled into other areas that involve your precious hang out then SHUT US UP! How? By taking a damn stand and telling him he either pay up so we can shut up or he's banned also! If a moderator here had stolen something, I am certain he would no longer be a moderator. He let all his buddies who fear clique retribution bash him as well (he had control over that happening).That's all he did damn it. Why would you do that? It's not as though it was all within the span of a week or a month. It was over many, many, many months that there was no friggin contact. Then he said PUBLICLY that he would mark the knife a weapon with the hope the authorities would confiscate it and Dan would lose even more. He said it, it's public record. The reasons you make yourself accountable as members there is you are all bitchin and moaning we mention that place but none of you have the balls to say Kyle is wrong, it's clear, he f-ed up! and I for one won't have it! If more of you said that, then he'd have to listen. But you don't just hymin and hawin' "dont talk about my cool hang out" You have included yourself in the defense of the the place which is defending Kyle. So you are now included. You don't like that inclusion? the SHUT US UP! Do something about it. Make me quiet, pease,I wanna be quiet. By not doing anything about a thief at your site and harboring this criminal, you are an accessory. You continually defend a place where a criminal lay in wait for this to blow over.
