I'm really glad to hear this. If I thought one of you silly suspects liked me, I'd figure that I was doing something to harm someone.

It's amazing, as someone pointed out to me just a bit ago, that all the people from there, over here, sticking up for a known thief and liar, are all "usual suspects".

I guess not one of your other 5000 members have any voice in this, yay, or nay eh? Naw, no fear of being banned if they spoke up for Dan, eh?

The more of you people that dislike me, the better I feel. If a bunch of you "suspects" actually liked me, I'd give myself an enema, and take a shower, then try to figure where I'd gone wrong.
I can't think of a better endorsement of bad character than having a bunch of you "suspects" liking someone.

You can drag my reputation through the freaking mud, but it won't alter the fact that you enable a person that is cheating someone out of money/material, and in fact harbor him. But that's different, he's a suspect. Double standard time!!

Nice of all you boys to do his talking for him, and protect him from us mean people over here. He can't even post in his own defense, although he really doesn't have one, but knows he has a bunch of you do his bidding, asked for or not.

It's really OK to use your own minds, but then you'd have to be rational people to get anything from a rational discussion, and that's beyond the lot of you.:barf:


Edited to add; I shouldn't have generalized about ALL the suspects being the way I said above. It's just not so.
There are many over there that have that title, and are real stand up people.

Hey Kit...DUH! I know you ain't none of what I said. It's called SARCASM. Let's see why? because I have a differing opinion of how Dan should be compensated? Because I think your friend is a bullsh*tter? Because I have plainly, cleraly, accurately logically, and as civilized as possible called on anyone who deflects attention from one subject to another and deduced that Dan has been ripped off? See, if you know this story, then you must know it true. That Dan was ripped off by Kyle. As for any mention of that place, it's again the same two reasons:
People who've had trouble there because of NONSENSE and or LIES, will of course champion a cause they can empathize with. That my "friend" is human nature.
Next, it's plain and public that Kyle f-ed up and didn't give a damn. No one there seems to be doing anything about it. If it were any lesser member they'd kick his ass right outta there but not before he recieved a brutal keyboard lashing. Not fair, not equal, playing favorites. PERIOD! and you be grudge me because of truth? Well then Sir, so long, nice not knowing ya!
 
Okay guys, how can you see who wrote what in the rep points? I haven't seen a name once yet? And to the guy who said I hold a grudge for so long but was proven wrong in the first place...PROVE IT! I never had a proper amount of defense time(typical) and I still to thsi day have all the evidence to prove it. I was never proven wrong. I will stand by that forever.
 
1st and last post on this thread and it does not address the issue, but is in reference to post # 546. That's the best comeback in this whole thread! :D :D :D

You make a good point though. This is quite Melvin-esque. He also swirled around the rim for quite a while before he finally went down the drain. Have a smooth voyage buddy, it was nice knowing you ;)

I never in a million years thought I'd see so many suspects covering for a thief.

As for the voyage, who knows, but you never knew me.

I edited my post above(before I saw this one), and apologized for the overgeneralization.

This thread is like a train wreck. At this point it's a mess that I'd really like to look away from as it's gone from sort of ugly to really ugly, but I can't stop looking.

I find the whole forum war that seems to be starting to be repugnant and supposedly against the rules on both forums. There's lots of good people on both forums and this thread has deteriorated into a waste of bandwidth.

I'm with Kit, I hope the two individuals actually involved can find mutual satisfaction.

No,no,no Mike. You are sadly misinformed again. I am not a suspect and there are several others who have posted here that are not. I support BFC and I support the USN and I stand against those who would denigrate either forum as you have. If you'll turn on the USN who supported you in your time of need, you'll turn on the BFC community as well. I wish you luck.

I was about to remind everybody what this thread is about one more time and this time start threatening to ban people ... when in mid-threat a thought occurred to me....

Thread drift happens. Maybe this thread isn't just about giving everybody a chance to see Kyle Eichenseer's character before they send him their money any more. It seems now it's also about giving everybody a chance to see what kind of character some other individuals have. Instead of trying to stop them from displaying their character, maybe I should be encouraging them.

So, in that new spirit of encouragement, I'm going to ask some questions.

I see several people saying in so many words that they "support Kyle." What exactly do you mean by that?

Do you support his right to take the customer's money and give nothing in return? Do you believe everyone has the right to do that, or only some people, or only him?

Or do you think it's only okay to do that if you have a good reason -- such as "the customer annoyed me"?

Or are you confused about the facts of this transaction? I could certainly understand it if you are; some of the people posting in this thread have been trying very hard to bury the facts in nonsense and I shouldn't be surprised if they've succeeded in confusing some people....
 
OK I'll bite. The only clear facts from the original intent of the thread is that I am aware of are that DrDan is very unhappy with Eich and Eich is very unhappy with DrDan. After that as far as I can tell from here to there the "facts" are disputed from both directions.

How can disputed "facts" be covered up?
