I wouldn't suggest that you post a solution like that in the future. Why? because I already did something similar and I got crapped on for it. It gets in the way of what some consider their "moral crusade" against all evildoers of the universe. If DrDan were to get $200 from whereever, where would that leave them?

No one has yet to put up any new impartial facts yet as Cougar suggested. Just more posturing and misplaced "moralizing" from the USN "banned" gang. Is there/will there be any further truthful facts forthcoming?
 
Folks;

As Cougar stated; lets get some impartial facts posted about why they believe Eich is right, and Dan is wrong.

Dan's agent here in the U.S. is a well known individual in the knife industry, and his reputation is beyond question. Dan asked for the materials to be sent to this individual, after Kyle acknowledged payment. The materials were not received, nor did Kyle post any proof that he sent the materials to Dan's U.S. agent. Dan acknowledges receipt of the knife.

The above are the facts we know them. Now, let's get the facts from Kyle himself whether he sent the materials to Dan's agent or not. if he did, he needs to send Dan a receipt, a tracking number, or some other proof. if he didn't send the materials, he needs to admit it, and refund the money. This mess can be resolved quickly by Kyle himsef. He doesn't need to post here, he merely needs to contact Dan in private, make the arrangements, and be done.

Also, I'm going to agree with Cougar; we are going to start banning people if the cross forum bashing and the personal attacks don't stop. What is going on here is counterproductive, and will not lead to a resolution between Dan and Kyle.

As was stated by Cougar; if you have relevant facts from Kyle on this issue, feel free to post them. Otherwise, keep the personal and forum attacks out of here.

As Dan has stated, that would not be an acceptable solution to the problem.

Is that an example of the kind of display of character I should be encouraging?

I don't know. Are you a knifemaker, Clayton? Are you a dealer? Would anybody be likely to send you money if they didn't have the opportunity to read posts like that? Is there any reason we should provide a forum for you to display your character?

Is there any reason why you should provide one for the other two knifemakers that are bashing over here......2 names come to mind very quickly and I see no admins telling them to shut up.

Read my earlier post.

I asked that the personal and cross forum attacks stop. That goes for everyone. Clayton just let his mouth overload his rear end by making a personal attack against RDT.

Essentially, Croe, those guys were told to 'shut up'. I just did it politely.

Mr. Croe, if that escapes you, email me, and I'll be happy to explain further.

PS, if any of you had realized that was something I was desirous of as well at one point. But it has yet to be done and the dual members have yet to rally in support of Dan to make it happen. How would both parties involved be satisfied if Kyle won't touch the issue anymore and talk to Dan with civility? How? So it works out for Kyle you are really saying and it just "goes away and Dan forgets about it. After banning, abuse and being stolen from?

Keep the personal attacks out of this thread, and stick to what is relevant.
