OTOH, you might make the case of international fraud, and maybe get some action that way. Whe're this person located?
 
Just had a thought, what if Drdan receives the knife (I know a longshot) and the workmanship is shody?
 
Seeing the rate of his "Satisfied" customers....thats probably a "longshot" IMHO :-). I Hope Dan has blade in hand before the holidays and can fill us in on kyles SUPERB quality.

Judging by this thread, Dan might get his knife by some holiday, but Xmas seems unlikely, maybe Halloween.

I don't think Kyle has done anything to the knife. From what I understand, Dan decided not to have the work done after discovering that the three inch bladed knife would be illegal to carry in Italy. He sent Kyle money to cover his costs for tools and materials that he had gotten to modify the knife. Kyle was then to send the knife and materials that had been paid for to Dan.

Let's face it, Kyle has disgraced himself. Even worse, it seems he is behaving badly for the most childish of reasons. This unfortunately reflects badly on his friends also, no matter what anyone might prefer.
 
For some reason I thought Kyle had bought special files and damascus and had done a lot of work on this knife. Upon revewing this thread, I stand corrected, appearently no work has been done. Dan, next time you want no work done on one of your knives-send it to me-I promise same day turn around for no work done. I also (for a modest fee) require no special tools or equipment if you want no work done.

Alas that doesn't help Dan in any way. I bet there are people out there who never got killed by Ted Bundy either but that doesn't help his now-dead victims. Dan posted here to warn others about this :barf: clown, not to get positive feedback (which is what lead him into the loss of $400 worth of a knife + $210 in cash eventually) :rolleyes:

I guess the only diff. being that TED was PROVEN guilty?....thats a big diff. in this country :-) This thread has Kyles name tagged to it and it is Dan's right to air HIS expierence without a doubt AND to persue any wrong doing, i noticed the LV PD website posted, Im sure dan has fowarded a notorized affidavit along with his claim to them OR has proceeded as per their instructions SOOO all should come to light soon correct?) BUT perhaps Nervous was only sharing HIS expierence....same with mine..... easy to put the "repuatation" issue anyhow to rest... provide proof from proper authorities(LVPD etc.) that a theft has occurred, as oppossed to poor custom Service. OR very simply once again HAS ANYONE else on this forum expierenced THEFT when dealing with Kyle?....IT seems that questioned has been answered . NO! Dan is the only existing case on this forum claiming theft, correct? (This does not deminsh the severity of his case nor make it any less frustrating for him Im sure ). BUT until someone else will step up and say "He stole from me also" OR Proof of theft can be disclosed isnt it only FAIR that ALL previous personal expierence dealing with KYLE be shared?! Please dont be angry IT is not nervous's or my fault that they seem to be overwhelmingly positive! Again someone plez chime in if aware of an instance Im not. This is NOT KNOCKING Dan's claim so please dont flame me ( at this point it is just that a claim, and a serious one at that!.....and true, this may change BUT until then) Isnt it appropriate that ALL whom have dealt with this man share their OWN expierences? Just as DAN should. This should stand true not just for Kyle but any member of any forum IMHO.

You're walking around in circles - go two pages back and re-read everything that you and i posted there, there's your answer.

Obviously the legal system is required to produce the evidence of a crime but Dan is not the law so it's somewhat hard for him - it is absurdly trivial for Kyle to prove that he is NOT guilty of theft - just post the tracking number of the shipment that contains knife and money and the whole matter will be resolved in under 5 minutes (as far as Kyle is concerned). He hasn't done that; quite contrary, he resorted to childish behavior instead of clearing the mess up. Why you refuse to acknowledge that that person is nothing but a common thief is beyond me but iIf you do have evidence that says otherwise (say a scan of the abovementioned delivery slip) please post it for Dan to see so he can go on about reacquiring his $600+ worth of knife and money.
 
Not being a personal friend of kyles i have no such intel for you sir :-) Again No dog in this fight, Just sharing what transpired when we interacted. As others have. And we def. do agree....going in circles....and childish behavior.
Not sticking up for him, If a theif then So be it....and it should be handled accordingly....If just a mix-up all the better Dan. will have his $$$ which he so deserves and the question of kyles rep. put to rest. for THOSE that wondered. BUT I will stand up for allowing ALL sides of someones past to be presented while Being accused though, wouldnt you?. I deserve at least that, and so do you sir. That was my point, not to knock Dan or Support Kyle.

I think there isn't a single person that disputes that you (and others) have had 100% flawless deals with Kyle in the past. Afterall i imagine that's what lead Dan to send Kyle the knife in the first place ... and then the $210 in cash in hopes of recovering his pricey possession. The perfect record before this scam is of little consolation to Dan though and regardless of perfect deals in the pasts the acts of Kyle say: "Kyle is a thief". Once, ten times, hundred times, does it really matter how often he stole $600+ from others ? Once too many.
 
IF SO... Once would be to many....you are correct and i understand your points regarding the "why" that would make sense.
