Verpus77 or Bryan Busto 310A Dalene Way, Honolulu HI

Wish I knew Verpus's paypal email so I know to blacklist if he/she/it shows up under different user names or other websites where he might do business. Of course if it gets posted or was posted, he'll get his inbox flooded I'm sure.

At this point, I'd like to see all of his information posted, name, address, paypal the works in case he tries to show up under other usernames.

Dunno how I missed that pick. Yeah real classy. Ivan you might as well report him on ripoffreport.com. He can try to post a rebuttal but he so far beyond in the red. Additionally you have thousands of witnesses hear that can also post comments over there. I think that google searches will have an easier time with that website and it's free to post consumer complaints.

Spreading the word is certainly a good idea, but Google has no problem finding this forum. If you google for Verpus77 this thread is the #1 hit and can be expected to stay at #1 for at least the next few years.

Let me google that for you.

Just noticed, he mailed a fixed blade in an envelope, uninsured, from Hawaii.

It don't get any dumber than that!

Oh I'm not questioning that at all. Although I dunno if google scans text in images. When I do a search in the forums for Verpus's real name it doesn't bring this thread up either. He might not resurface under the same user name in other forums or on eBay. (Although I did see that name on eBay using your link). I guess we'll let Ivan do the honors as it's his right to post Verpus's contact info in text form as Verpus already breached his privacy.

He made a serious mistake sending anything of bulk in an envelope. The jostling will tear the seams many times. The heavier the item, the faster it will come loose.

If it is scanned delivered then you have no recourse via paypal or many credit cards. Seller crooks could just mail empty packages with a small clean-cut seam and rip you off; or buyer crooks could take knives out of received packages and take pictures of them in this condition and rip you off. Not calling anybody a crook, just pointing out that it is a somewhat flawed system. These self printed labels can have whatever weight you want on them, USPS doesn't care if you want to pay more than necessary. And Flat Rate shipping labels, at least printed on paypal, do not show a weight.

First, tell your carrier and local post office to NEVER scan a package in this condition "delivered".

Second, always demand insurance. Packages that say "Insured" on them get way more respect. Nobody wants an inspector asking questions. Even if you insure them for much less than is safe, it pays dividends.

This is not the buyers fault by any stretch of the imagination...

I hate to be that guy, leading the angry mob with a torch, but isn't this a bannable offence?

This is just too bad, I've had successful deals with verpus77 and ivan51...both transactions went without a hitch. I'm still hoping that this will turn around in the near future.

From what I can see in the stats, he has not logged in here since his response on page 4, Oct 31 at 12:40. Sure is a shame that he can't do the right thing and refund the money.

He may not care today what becomes of this but his bad reputation will show up when googled for years to come.

Might just bite him in the butt one day, bad reputations can do that......................

And thanks to his own photo, when one googles BRYAN BUSTO, the record of his dishonor will be for all to read.

Might not hurt him, might cost him a job............................one never knows the future:eek:

That doesn't mean that he isn't reading the thread unless my computer is doing something out of the ordinary. I just logged out and then went right to this thread and can read it not logged in.

I don't remember the rules for jurisdiction but if it's filed in the continental US, Verpus would rather settle than fly his rear over.
